Cathi has lived in Salem all her life and graduated from McKay High School. She attended Western Oregon University and received a bachelor's degree in education. After staying at home with her four children until they reached school age, Cathi started substitute teaching for the Salem-Keizer school district She did this for about 15 years until her children graduated high school She decided it was time to pursue a new career. After selling and purchasing a few homes over the years, the preparation and process sparked a passion for real estate in Cathi. This is what drove her to obtain her license. She has been practicing real estate for over ten years now.
