情人崖 Two Lovers' Point

在充滿熱帶風情，熱鬧得令人樂而忘返的關島中其實蘊藏著一個個淒美動人的愛情故事。相傳在關島上曾有一名查莫洛少女與查莫洛戰士相戀，可惜愛情不獲雙方的父母准許。痛心欲絕的戀人相約一同私奔，並在高崖躍下，以死捍衛彼此忠貞的愛情。可歌可泣的故事世代流傳，「情人崖」亦因而得名。許多旅客慕名而來，這裡也漸漸變成世界各地戀人們的聖地。他們紛紛到情人崖把一個個刻有名字的愛情鎖鎖在專區裡，以此象徵白頭偕老、不離不棄的愛情。在情人崖上還有一個名為「情人鐘」的景點，據說戀人們一同敲響此鐘就可以達成長相廝守，相愛到永遠的願望！

Within Northern Guam’s bustling coast hides a romantic story about a pair of Chamorro lovers. Legend has it that the pair of Chamorro lovers shared a love forbidden by their parents because the girl was already betrothed to a Spanish commander. However, the pair refused to part and in turn ran to the edge of the cliff and plunged into the 122 meters deep abyss to prove their strong affections to each other. This led to the cliff to be named – “Two Lovers Point”. Today, Two Lovers Point has become a popular place for lovers to show their devotion to each other using love locks and a “Lovers Bell” where each ring is believed to bless you with a lifetime of love. The breathtaking view overlooks the Philippine Sea and Tumon Bay, re-telling the young lovers’ beautiful yet heartrending love story.

探索歷史文化地 Explore history and culture

伊納拉漢 Inarajan 位於關島東岸的伊納拉漢充斥著查莫洛文化，更有不少被政府指定的保護區。此地的建築充滿濃厚的西班牙風情，例如採用典型西班牙酒窖樣式的兩層式民居建築，極具觀賞價值。於伊納拉漢河沿岸亦可找到不少漁民的蹤跡，由於村內農業發達，河流下游栽種著各種蔬菜、麵包樹和玉米等，大自然的淳樸氣息油然而生。當地更有著名的天然游泳池，泳池由舊時頻繁的火山活動和戰火炮轟而成，悠長歷史為其添上了更濃厚的原始風味。想要遠離大城市的喧囂，伊納拉漢絕對值得一遊。

Guam’s fascinating stories are easily unravelled by those eager to seek it. Situated on the East coast of Guam is Inarajan, an area full of ancient Chamorro culture and traditions. Inarajan is heavily influenced by Spanish culture which can be seen in the architecture of iconic two-storey buildings and Spanish-style wine cellars. Another breathtaking sight on the island are the famous pools formed by volcanic eruptions which are now admired for their rugged natural beauty. Take a step into the island’s history and visit nearby navy port - Piti, which was originally a Chamorro fishing village until it gained popularity with the Spanish Navy. Along the shores of Palawan, remains of bomb craters and the historic Piti Gun both mark an important period in Inarajan’s history. Historical treasures can also be found buried beneath the peaceful Palawan Sea. Apply for a special permit and you can dive deep to discover the hidden secrets of Inarajan. To the West you will find a gorgeous lagoon between Merizo Island and Coco Island untouched for you to explore. The short distance between the islands makes it a perfect opportunity for watersports like wake-boarding, surfing and diving.

馬利索 Merizo 馬利索是一個擁有茂盛植物和南國水果的美麗村鎮，只要爬上哥倫布之丘，便能一覽整個馬利索的迷人海景。在馬利索與可可島之間，有一個被稱為「奇蹟之藍」的潟湖。這個被珊瑚礁所包圍的可可島潟湖，湖面覆蓋著一層鮮豔奪目的藍。淡淡的綠色分隔出淺水珊瑚區與深水區，每年都吸引大量遊客前來，一睹潟湖的風采。而可可島與馬利索海岸只相距十分鐘的船程，這個小島適合進行海底漫遊、水上滑板和風帆衝浪等的海上活動，可謂關島的「南國天堂」。可可島貴為在中或南美洲附近，唯一一座擁有龐大霧林生態系統的小島，遊客自然可在島上觀賞到各種熱帶動物。只要坐上卡車前往諾麗果樹森林，更可一覽變色龍和椰子蟹的廬山真面目！據說作家米高·克裡奇頓的小說《侏羅紀公園》中的其中一個場景，就是以可可島為藍本，足見其島的美麗程度。

認識查莫洛文化 The Chamorro culture 陽光與海灘固然是關島的特徵，獨特的查莫洛文化更有其引人入勝之處。多年來殖民、戰爭、煙火不熄，卻未讓關島及塞班島變得滿目瘡痍，反而使其沉澱了不同國家的風土人情，成為多元文化匯聚之地，蛻變成一個文化氣息濃厚而充滿活力的島嶼。查莫洛文化之所以可貴，是因以自己的語言、信仰、風俗習慣、手工藝為傲，同時接納並融合外來新文化，創造出專屬自己的美麗樂章。

Beautiful beaches and warm sunshine all year round attract thousands of tourists to Guam each year. Despite modern changes and a historical past, the Chamorro culture remains an integral part of the island. As a visitor, it’s recommended to immerse yourselves in the culture and take part in different traditions. Here’s a simple introduction: in the Chamorro language, it is important to say “Håfa Adai” as a polite greeting. Most locals are Roman Catholics which has influenced various Western- styled churches and architecture. Some interesting traditions in the Chamorro culture include dying their teeth black as a sign of wealth and keeping tattoos of their family totems. A rich lifestyle full of traditions, the intriguing culture of Chamorro radiates within the island.

查莫洛語飛到密克羅尼西亞群島，先用一句「Håfa Adai」，亦即是查莫洛語「你好」來與當地人打聲招呼！雖然以英語為官方語言，但關島仍然有大部分人使用查莫洛語，有公司甚至為員工提供查莫洛語的訓練班，可見莫洛語備受現代人尊重。查莫洛語並不屬於任何一種密克羅尼西亞的方言，而是隸屬於南島語系印度尼西亞語族，簡單來說就是一套集歷史、獨立詞匯和語法的語言。想不到這個多次被殖民的地方還能保留自己獨有的語言文化！

風俗習慣

關島還未被歐洲列強所殖民之前，查莫洛人的原始宗教信仰以崇拜祖先為主。在17世紀後期，西班牙人引入羅馬天主教，現在關島上有 85%的人口都是羅馬天主教徒，教堂幾乎林立於每個村莊。當然，在多元文化交融的這些小島上，也有著其他宗教如菲律賓基督教、巴哈伊教等。

提到查莫洛人的傳統，就一定要看他們獨特的打扮。查莫洛人認為將牙齒染黑是高貴的標誌。現在的查莫洛人皆為混血，不論男女，他們的體格都比一般人還要壯健，再加上一頭長髮及獨特紋身，力求保留原始的傳統文化。

萬歲崖及自殺崖 Banzai Cliff & Suicide Cliff 要了解一個地方，先要了解它的歷史。單單從崖的名字大概也能會其義。這兩個景點實際上是昔日在二次世界大戰時，炮火連天下的跳崖點，兩地相隔不遠，皆呼應著一個悲壯的故事。萬歲崖附近的 Banaderu 地區因背負著此段歷史事跡，現在已被美國國家公園中心列為美國國家歷史遺跡，默默訴說當日悲壯的歷史。崖邊海水的藍比起軍艦島、藍洞等地方更美更深邃，或許這就是它們的獨特之處。不過，也提醒遊客們不要因為它的美而親嘗下水滋味。

Banzai Cliff is full of history dating back to the Second World War where villagers and civilians would jump great heights from cliffs to avoid being taken hostage. Today, the Banderu area has been transformed into an American National Heritage Landmark, standing tall to tell its fascinating story.

At the apex of Saipan sits Mount Tapochau, the tallest mountain in the Western Pacific Ocean. 白廟 White Temple

白廟又稱白龍寺，於1996 年開始修建，白廟之所以能在短時間內突圍而出，必歸功於其傳統典雅與現代科幻的完美結合。主廟外的神像栩栩如生，似是神聖不可侵；但行至廟內，又見多啦 A夢與鹹蛋超人等的卡通的壁畫，天馬行空的設計讓人嘖嘖稱奇。從正門看去，由白英泥及玻璃組成的白廟純潔無瑕，在碧天艷陽的映襯下呈現魔幻之光，萬像光芒奪目卻不刺眼。進入寺廟的唯一道路是「地獄之橋」，走過這道橋切記不能回頭，因其意味著從地獄通往天堂。窄小的橋側兩旁伸出一隻隻慘白猙獰的手，象徵希望從地獄的苦難中得到救贖。白廟並非只歌頌佛教，而是將現實的殘酷與醜陋糅合於純潔的雕像之中，如此匠心獨運，充滿警世意味。白色代表純潔，玻璃則為智慧，寓意佛祖的智慧照耀全宇宙，除了佛教外，寺廟內亦可見其他宗教色彩，更顯佛祖博愛包容。如夢似幻的銀色玻璃點綴著隨處可見的象牙白宮殿，有如進入一個魔幻國度。遊覽主殿後，一座金燦燦的宮殿映入眼簾，使人不禁感慨這裡連職員的辦公室都如此富麗堂皇，行近後才驚覺，原來這是全泰國最豪華的洗手間！金碧輝煌的設計更設拖鞋供使用者更換，十分貼心。洗手間附近的火樹銀花為本來就夢幻的廟宇錦上添花。許願池與許願樹皆為銀色，遊客可於服務站購得純銀許願牌，在這美麗國度留下自己的小小心願。

Often referred to as the most unique temple in Thailand, the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) was designed and constructed by top National Artist Chalermchai Kositpipat. The style of the temple is a mixture of traditional Thai buildings interspersed with outlandish modern concepts. The artist’s surreal vision of Buddhist teaching is presented as you move through the temple grounds. You will find many familiar paintings, such as superheroes and cartoons at the entrance to highlight traditional Buddhist motifs, creating a rather striking impression on its visitors.

黑廟 Baandam Museum

與白廟的純潔無瑕恰恰相反，黑廟以幽暗陰沉的咖啡色系作主調。若說白廟是天堂，黑廟則為地獄，於同一天參觀更能體驗兩者深刻的視覺衝擊！黑廟雖被稱為廟，但實質上是一所以地獄與死亡為題材的博物館，獵奇的展品以及設計絕對能帶給您耳目一新的感覺。黑廟聳立於一片遮天蔽日的林木中，遠遠眺望已散發出一股陰森詭異的氣氛。進入黑廟後，更覺陰沉不已，木製的建築十分嚴肅，室內並無照明，只有絲絲微弱的陽光透過木樁細縫，映入建築一角。黑暗代表未知，未知惹起遐想，陰森的氣氛更令人不寒而慄。黑廟博物館，有不少悠久而罕見的展品，從數千年前的獸骨及動物標本，到原始民族的獵殺工具，能表現出黑暗陰沉的展品包羅萬有。1984年建造的黑廟採用現代藝術手法，把一件件遠古展品融合得天衣無縫。博物館的內部結構精緻繁複，木頭互相崁入的建築方式十分考究，表面更刻畫了文字與符號。黑廟並無宗教背景，但建築本身便是一件藝術品。黑廟建造者Thawan Duchanee是一位視錢財如糞土的藝術家，除了博物館免收門票，裡面的展品是他窮盡一生所尋得，無論從歷史或藝術的角度看都價值非凡。然而展品不設任何防護措施，務求參觀者能近距離欣賞展品。大抵藝術便是獨樂樂不如眾樂樂，自己的心血得以發揚光大，或許比金錢來得更有滿足感。

Baandam Museum has the same architectural style as the White Temple but with an entirely different theme. Since the message behind it is eccentric and complex, it is more a combination of a studio, museum and a home. On the outside, it looks traditional and elegant with its honey-brown teak timbers, but it is what lies inside that surprises us all. The theme inside is said to represent grief, with which animals’ skin and bones are used to indicate sickness and death.

清萊花卉節 Chiang Rai Flower Festival

泰國每年都有大大小小的節日慶典，吸引著大批遊客到訪，參與其中。而當地人更是全情投入，把一場又一場盛會舉辦得有聲有色，熱鬧非常。在泰北清萊，花卉節是最受歡迎的盛會之一。花卉節，是為了向旅客推廣當地文化而舉辦的一場絢麗奪目的嘉年華會，在本年的平安夜至1月舉行。由此可見，這兩個月是清萊百花齊放的季節，重點更是展示冬天獨有的花卉，一定不容錯過。花節期間，花兒們芳蹤處處，花香四溢。而且，公園四處都是為配合花兒而設的可愛擺設，人見人愛。販賣盆栽花卉的市集、河中花船巡遊、水上市場、園藝展品等等都是花卉節的必備節目。其中，最令人目不暇給的一定是花船或者花車巡遊。花船，顧名思義，就是用當時盛開的花兒製作而成船隻。各色各樣艷麗無比的花兒一朵一朵的被鑲嵌在形狀大小不一的花船上，色彩繽紛，互相爭妍鬥麗，在彼此的襯托下各顯其美麗獨特。而每一輛花船都是獨一無二，因為它們都有著不同的主題和設計，各具特色。

在花車或花船上都有幾名表演者，通常都是穿上傳統服裝、甜美的女孩。她們是「花卉小姐」，站在花車上笑容滿面、儀態萬千，可以說是人比花嬌。她們不停地微笑歡迎來欣賞巡遊的遊客，使人有種賓至如歸的感覺。因此，她們也是巡遊的吸睛之處，為花卉節添加了幾分親和力。當然，除了花車表演之外，花節期間還有音樂演奏、蘭納文化表演、小吃街等，將熱鬧氣氛推到另一個高潮。

清萊少數民族文化村 Chiang Rai Union Hill Tribe Village 少數民族總是與神秘劃上等號，一代又一代的薪火相傳，到底是美麗的傳說還是畢生的枷鎖？數千年以來的傳統迷信帶給人的是無止境的默默承受以及對命運的妥協，但少數民族的樂天知命，以及自給自足的天性又讓人肅然起敬。常說無理的習俗理應廢除，但當這樣源遠悠長的文化逐漸息微，又讓人惋惜不已。

來到泰國清萊，可以一睹少數民族的風采。少數民族文化村匯聚了泰國緬甸等地的少數民族，當中最聞名的便數長頸族，大耳族及阿卡族（黑牙族）。長頸族，顧名思義是往脖子上掛上銅環，銅環重量壓著肩部，造成長頸的視覺效果。這裡的女性從四、五歲開始掛銅環，每年加一個，直至結婚為止。然而，男性是不用掛銅環的，可見其男尊女卑的思想。之所以有這樣的傳統，據說是因為造型像古時的長頸金龍，含有吉祥之義。另一說法是避免被猛獸所傷，作保護之用。大耳族則是以耳環把耳朵撐大，耳洞越大代表越長壽幸福；另外黑牙族是以牙齒黑色為美，他們每天以檳榔將牙齒塗黑。少數民族文化村的居民都以旅遊業為生，透過與遊客合照、售賣手作品等。

進入民族村前需走一段約10 分鐘的山路，然而隨之而來的豁然開朗卻讓人覺得十分值得。這裡有著非常原始的面貌，千年如一日地保留著自己的傳統，不受外界紛擾。兩旁綠樹搖曳，疏落地透著陽光，映入眼簾的盡是一片土黃。稍微往裡走便可看見色彩繽紛的紡織品，藍紅交織，在晴空下飄蕩。紡織品的手工十分細膩，各樣繁複的圖騰是對遠方而來的客人的誠心祝福，也是她們賴以為生的手藝。這裡的女性為幫補家計，大多會手織一些圍巾，工藝品等，有些較年輕的則會化上彩妝，與遊客拍照。

相對其他地方，阿卡村內的村民十分淳樸，並不會強逼旅客購買工藝品，亦不會漫天開價，即便只是想拍一張美麗姑娘紡織的剪影，她們亦會立刻坐正，面露微笑，非常友善。如果運氣好，更會有懂講廣東話的當地人帶您進入他們的屋裡參觀。這裡的生活模式以前鋪後居為主，屋內有許多藤織及木製品，家具寥寥可數，卻十分通風舒適。睡覺大多臥於吊床上，手執一把藤扇，搖搖晃晃哼著歌，一夜無夢，他們的知足常樂讓人羨慕，每天拍照、紡織、照顧孩子，重複的生活卻不感到沉悶。

慕谷慕魚生態廊道 — 清水溪、彎月峽谷清水溪是木瓜溪的主要支流，溪潭清澈碧綠，在蜿蜒的河谷間流動。旁邊有不少傾斜的大理岩石，岩石的紋理細緻而清晰，潺潺溪水衝擊著大大小小的岩石而激起片片浪花，充滿動感。清水溪中有一個接一個的淺潭，是戲水的好地方。清水溪最具人氣的是「彎月峽谷」，旅客們都小心翼翼地摸著石頭走過；或坐在石頭上，把腳泡在水中感受無比的清涼，享受著這片大自然的秘景。

揚清橋

銅門山刀老街

日佔時期，日本人已充分利用木瓜溪落差大的水流力量，建立小型水力發電。揚清橋可謂是全台灣最貴最短的橋，它是通往清水發電廠的道路，雖然發電廠並不開放，但橋下的清水溪澄澈碧綠，此處更被畫為垂釣區，紅色的橋身在綠色山脈中更是萬綠叢中一點紅，十分顯眼。

探索完自然秘景，可到有百年製鐵經驗的銅門山刀老街，參觀銅門地區各式各樣的銅製山刀。山刀是原住民開路、狩獵、劈柴、造屋的工具。銅門山刀老街上有六家打鐵店，在老街上能經常聽到鏗鏘清脆的打鐵聲，除了太魯閣族人會在此訂造山刀外，更有不少阿美、泰雅等部族來此訂造刀具。

鬱金香花園夢幻城堡 Tulip Garden Castle, Hualien

城堡靈感源自歐洲古堡，實現「現在建一座城堡，將來就是古堡」的想法。不單靜態美景怡人，園內更飼養有小羊，伴著柔和的音樂，旋轉木馬和小火車緩緩開動，到處都充斥著童真氣息。城堡內有鬱金香有關的紀念品及餐具，貫徹城堡主題。遊客可免費參觀城堡花園，鳶尾花、玫瑰花、巴西野牡丹、瓜葉菊、百合花等盡收眼底，尤其鬱金香在農曆新年前後盛放，成為「打卡」拍照熱點！

Amongst the sea of colourful flowers and fragrant smells resides a majestic ivory white castle, painting the perfect picture of a storybook fairytale. This is the Tulip Garden Castle located in Hualien that was intricately designed over 25 years and takes over the space of 33,000 square feet. The designer, Lin Chao Hee was inspired by ancient European castles, and wanted to transform the ordinary piece of abandoned land into a mesmerising flower garden. Decorated with brightly coloured tulips, with green and orange vines winding all around, the park is more than just a pretty flower garden. Visitors are also able to hand-feed baby lambs or take a spin on the carousel and mini trains which combined together, create a sense of childhood nostalgia.

霧島神宮說到霧島，相信無人不知南九州最大的神宮─ 霧島神宮。穿過朱紅色神橋、3個鳥居及林蔭大道後，正前方是供奉著開國之神「瓊瓊杵尊」的莊嚴正殿，另外也不要錯過在「手水舍」旁，樹齢已過 800 年的神聖御神木！每年均有不少日本人慕名而來這靈驗的神宮祈求天賜良緣！而據說藝人坂本龍馬與妻子的新婚蜜月旅行也有到此參拜過呢。

丸尾瀑布看來與普通瀑布無異的丸尾瀑布，其實是集上游的溫泉水而成，是高23米、闊16米的壯麗溫泉瀑布！日落時可看到染至金黃的美景，秋日時分旁邊會開滿紅葉，冬天更會看到瀑布蒙上白煙的奇景。由溫泉市場到這裡只需步行約10 分鐘，毫無疑問這是最能夠近距離感受溫泉瀑布的震撼。

出水市 Izumi City 在別名為「鶴之町」的出水市內，您會發現在不同的建築物外牆或地標都會有鶴鳥形態的標誌，而且每年也吸引不少世界各地的媒體到此拍攝鶴群。另外，麓武家屋敷群曾是不少薩摩武士聚居的的宅邸群，其中的武家家門及石牆等建築至今亦保留完好。

萬羽鶴「出水平野」是九州現存唯一會有鶴群大舉遷徙而至的避寒之地。每年 10月中至來年 3月尾都有機會看到上萬隻的白鶴群在天空中飛舞的壯觀場面，所以這個「世界稀有自然保護區」的美景亦被選為日本百景之一。

發掘日本孔子廟 — 太宰府 Dazaifu - shrine in Fukuoka

天滿宮太宰府天滿宮有著迷人的景色和充滿氣勢的古建築，供奉著被稱爲學問之神的菅原道真公。不少當地學生、大人和小孩都會來到這裡參拜，祈禱考試合格之餘，據說摸摸天滿宮內的銅牛，再摸摸自己的頭就可以長智慧和增加金錢運！另外，太宰府內種植了多達六千株梅花樹，約有二百個品種，花期各有不同，開花時把天滿宮映襯得美不勝收，有「飛梅傳說」之稱。

心字池一條紅橋建築在翠綠的湖水上，四周環繞著綠林，可謂「萬綠叢中一點紅」，令天滿宮更顯風情，景色非常優美。前往本殿的路上需要走過3條橋：代表「過去」及「未來」的兩條太鼓橋和「現在」的平橋，跨越3條相連接的橋以渡過心字池。即是說走過心字池後，人便要跨越過去和向未來前進的寓意。所以，提醒遊客在本殿參拜完後要從心字池旁邊的步道往回走，不建議再次上橋了！

這一條參道上有許多古色古香的店舖，販售著各式各樣的紀念品，如精緻的手工藝品、陶瓷小物等，以及有一間間小店售賣當地的美食，是最熱鬧的觀光商店街。不難發現參道上的商店都充滿著「鳥」的小飾物，這些鳥其實是太宰府的吉祥物「鷽鳥」，因讀法與「學」相似，便成為了以求學問而著名的天滿宮的吉祥物。一場來到就當然要買一隻回家紀念！

「梅枝餅」是當地人氣的糕點。參拜道上，有梅枝餅等各式小店林立在兩旁。米白色的餅身，還有印上梅花的圖案，麻糬般口感的外皮裹著紅豆餡泥，剛出爐熱乎乎的時候最好吃。

Dazaifu Tenman-gu is a Shinto shrine located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. Intriguing and enticing, the mesmerising structure is dedicated to Michizane - a gifted student who wrote poetry devoted to his favourite plum trees. The shrine is therefore popular amongst locals and visitors because of legend’s belief that it is capable of enriching knowledge. Other than the 6000 beautiful plum trees and 200 various types of flowers spread throughout the shrine, there are also other unique structures to discover. There is a traditional garden pond shaped to resemble the kanji character, “Heart” and a copper statue of an ox that is believed to enhance wisdom and improve wealth with a single touch. After visiting the shrine, head to the main street outside to shop for traditional souvenirs for good-luck or have a taste of Umegae Mochi, a grilled yuzu bean cake dedicated to the shrine. 漫遊茵萊湖上 Chill out at tranquil Inle Lake

位處緬甸 Shan State高原中心地區娘水鎮上的茵萊湖景區有著一個真正的世外桃源。茵萊湖海拔高達 900 米，總面積超過110 平方公里，屬於緬甸最高的淡水湖。從仰光出發，需約三小時才能到達茵萊湖。遠離了繁華都市，靜心欣賞山清水秀的絕美景色，以及親身感受水上人家的殷勤好客之情，即便長途跋涉，亦無悔這一趟旅行。聚居在茵萊湖一帶的居民多為 Intha 族，在緬甸語中有「湖的子民」之意。他們依水而居，大大小小的高腳棚屋坐落在湖泊之中，別具特色。當地人多以捕魚為生，漁民們個個練就單腳划槳的本領。船夫將小腿貼近船槳並有節奏地前後划動，以便他們騰出一隻手撒網收網，動作嫻熟，姿勢十足，教人不得不佩服他們的精湛的平衡力和智慧。另外，也有不少族人從事農業、紡織以及手工藝製作等等。水上絡繹不絕的小船與島上熱鬧的市集景致相映成趣。市集上的攤檔擺賣著各種農作物和特產，為當地人提供必不可缺的生活資源，更是遊客體會當地淳樸的風土人情和尋覓寶物的好地方。

泛舟湖上，富有特色的水上商店迎面而來。稱之為水上商店，實質是當地人用來做買賣的一條條小船。船家在船內擺放售賣的貨品，出沒在小島沿岸，組成川流不息的水上市場，吸引穿梭來往的遊人。另外，在高架棚屋裡面經營的商店同樣充滿特色。用蓮花莖抽出的絲線編織而成的紡織品和緬甸傳統雪茄是不少遊客的紀念品首選。除了購物，還可在水上餐廳就餐，從而了解當地獨特的飲食文化。乘船沿湖觀賞美不勝收的自然風景，湖光山色，風光綺麗，讓人流連忘返。遊覽壯麗的高山湖泊之後，不妨到陸上一座座香火鼎盛的寺廟走一走。其中著名的Phaung Daw Oo 佛塔歷史悠久，因寺內供奉著五尊金色佛像，故又稱為五佛寺。每逢夕陽時分，佛塔建築在陽光照耀下散發出神聖的金黃色光芒，令人歎為觀止。不妨在旅途中放慢腳步，用心感受莊嚴古樸的宗教氛圍，遠離塵世煩憂，藉以洗滌心靈。您還可以到Nga Hpe Kyaung逛一逛，這裡因為幾隻會表演跳圈的貓而被大家稱為跳貓寺。貓咪們心滿意足地享受

峴港的古文明氣息 — 美山聖地 My Son Sanctuary 「My son! My son!」，由於英文串法的關係，不少旅客都在美山聖地呼喚起兒子來了! 充滿著古文明氣息的美山聖地，位於越南中部的維富鄉美山村。這個距離峴港市中心只需一個半小時車程便可到達的峴港名勝，隱藏於深山叢林之中，不但擁有與柬埔寨吳哥窟相似的印度式古遺跡，建於公元 500 年，歷史也較真正的吳哥窟悠久，因規模比吳哥窟細小，美山聖地便有著「小吳哥窟」的美譽。

在 1 9 9 9 年被列為世界文化遺產的美山聖地，是公元四世紀末占婆王國（Champa Dynasty）所興建的印度式遺跡，又名為「聖子修道院」。它的佔地雖比吳哥窟小，卻是現時占婆文化遺跡中最大和最古老的。歷史價值可是一眾東南亞印度式古廟中數一數二！在一百多年前被發現後，考古學家把美山聖地的遺址分為A至H組排列成主要建築群。想要細味占婆文化，可以沿著園中專為遊客而設的環型觀光路線慢走一圈，只需兩至三小時便可飽覽所有的古蹟。而在眾多建築群中，又以B、C 這兩個相連的區域最為完整和擁有最多的寺廟建築，兩區內更設有一間小型博物館，展出一些占婆雕刻以供遊客近觀。園區內共有70多座建築物，包括皇宮、寺廟和神殿等分別散落於整個山頭，可惜歷年來受大自然的侵食，更受到越戰時炮火無情的摧毀，經過近幾年的復修後，現時只餘 20 座古蹟得以成功保存下來。外觀破舊，流露著淡淡的歷史憂傷。走在園區當中，這邊一座、那邊一座的建築，遠看固然氣勢磅薄，但近看也

會發現建築物外牆上的雕刻和一些石雕上的圖案也細緻過人，絕不馬虎，印有仙女、神明的圖案依然清晰可見，不禁使人讚嘆當年工匠的一對巧手! 據說印度教大小神明多達 3 億 3 千萬個，美山聖地身為占婆王國的神殿，正正就是用來供奉主要大神之一，兼具創造和毀滅的濕婆神。除了濃濃的印度宮殿色彩，園區中充滿很多關於濕婆神的雕刻和石柱，其中一個石柱敢是膜拜濕婆神的標誌，名為「林伽」，據說遊客摸摸就可以誕男丁呢！美山聖地的遺跡處位於山谷中，與售票處約兩公里的距離，值得一讚的是入場門票已經包括往返深山與大門的接送服務。不過，越南秋冬季大概就徘徊在二十度左右的氣溫，以步行的方式感受涼風輕拂、觀賞沿途的風光也是個不錯的選擇。

洞里薩湖 Tonle Sap Lake 撐著一艘小木船，遊走在這魚米之鄉，湖面上波光粼粼，夕陽西下，把湖面染成奪目的金色。炊煙裊裊升起，飯菜的香氣伴隨孩童的歡聲笑語，平和安定的旋律在空中繚繞，要說是世外桃園一點也不足為過。洞里薩湖，又名金邊湖，是東南亞最大的淡水湖，亦是另一個造訪吳哥的必經之地。洞里薩湖位於柬埔寨內西部，面積和水深會因不同季節而變化，湖水平均深度為1米，由約 2千 5至3萬平方公里。雨季時因湄公河回流，水深可達14米，面積甚至較原先的增加 1萬平方公里。湖中含有大量養分，孕育了成千上萬的魚蝦，附近約有3百萬居民依靠漁業為生。這裡民風淳樸，雖過著樸素的生活，依水而居卻別有一番特色。前往洞里薩湖的途中一直能聞到米飯的香味，原來沿途有不少商家在烤竹筒糯米飯。米飯竹筒直接放在炭火上烤並無添加任何調味料，但香氣四溢。撥開竹筒，可見一顆顆飽滿的紅豆釀在軟綿的糯米之中，口感細膩，甜甜的十分可口，非常建議大家買一支試試其風味。乘船遊覽洞里薩湖時可見一條彎曲的小村落，兩旁蓋著高腳屋，據說欄杆式的建築是為了避免漲潮時被河水淹沒，亦能防止雨季時地面的濕氣。村落入目處處皆是一片土黃色，十分具原始風情。洞里薩湖的日落一向享負盛名，遊至湖中心，金黃色的餘暉遍佈湖面，像是鋪上一層層閃爍的鱗片，夕陽燃燒最後一絲火紅，染遍天邊的彩霞，消失於湖水之中，這確實是不可多得的懾人的美景。除了夕陽外，探索「水上人家」亦是遊洞里薩湖的精華所在。橫跨柬埔寨的暹粒、菩薩、磅清揚三個省份的洞里薩湖在暹粒就有四個村落，當中又以越南浮村最為著名。不同於都市裡的萬家燈火，洞里薩湖的居民雖不富裕卻生活安定，知足常樂。身為都市人，能認識他們的生活和環境，必有另一番體會。

沿途能看見當地小孩以盆子當小船作交通工具，一手划盆，一手把盆子裏面的水舀出，年紀輕輕卻十分了得。水上人家大多是半開放式的房子，可以看見主婦坐於屋前洗衣服，或生火煮飯，生活非常簡樸。

Siem Reap

大自然的鬼斧神工 — 昆明石林 Kunming’s natural masterpiece: Stone Forest

有「天下第一奇觀」之稱的昆明石林區，位於雲南省路南彝族自治縣境內，距離昆明市約 10 0 公里。石林風景名勝區由大石林、小石林、步哨山、萬年靈芝、李子園箐五個區域組成的石灰岩侵蝕地貌所組成的風景區（亦是喀斯特地型）。石林同時亦是雲南十八怪中的其中一怪，更被人以「石頭長到雲天外」來形容巨石的奇形怪狀。進入石林景區後，大家要當心如森林迷宮一樣的石陣，路途亦因高聳而陡峭的石峰而變得險峻。然而，這也將會是一個充滿奇趣的冒險之旅!山峰的型態各異，昔日古人遊林時為各突出造型的山峰起了千奇百怪、生動而且充滿意境的名字，例如: 鳳凰靈儀、象踞石台、

台中近郊遊 — 霧峰 Explore Wufeng, Taichung 復古、文藝、華麗、趣緻，用任何一個形容詞都不足以用來形容這個位於台中最南端的地區 ─ 霧峰。聞說此地的東半部山區經常煙霧繚繞，因此而得名。但霧峰不單止擁有這個仙氣飄飄的名字，也有令人眼前一亮的文創眷村、歷史古蹟和最美的大學等著名景點。來回台中與霧峰兩地車程只需1小時左右，久住城市的旅客們，是時侯來一趟台中近郊之旅！

Wufeng’s name comes from the fact that the mountainous areas are often shrouded by clouds and fog. The Guangfu village in Taichung has always been known for its cultural enrichment, along with the revitalization of the village. Revisit its historical culture combined with its new use as a cultural hub. The Wufeng Lin Family Mansion and Garden is also a spot that cannot be missed. One of the four best known gardens in Taiwan, it was once destroyed in the 1921 Earthquake. Luckily after the restoration, it was reopened to the public in 2014. Also located nearby is Asia University, renowned for being “The most beautiful university of Taiwan”. The modern art museum situated here is a must-go for fans of architecture. Last but not least, Ghibli fans are strongly recommended to visit Dali Totoro bus station for a photograph with the magical bus stop where Totoro first surfaced.

光復新村台灣文創園區一直做得有聲有色。這個位於台中霧峰的光復新村經過活化後，不但擁有歷史痕跡，更是集藝術和創作為一身的夢想基地。追溯至1950 年代，光復新村是台灣政府遷都到中部後的省政府員工宿舍，也是第一個建立的台灣新市鎮。可惜時日過去，宿舍漸漸被閒置廢棄，剩下老屋和大樹默默留守在這個眷村。直到 921大地震後，光復新村才開始被文化局進行活化，搖身一變成今天的文創基地和旅遊好去處。光復新村佔地不算太大，卻成為了70 位充滿理想的店主組成的夢想舞台，店舖包括手作烘焙店、布藝小店、DIY工作室等，也有咖啡店讓到此旅遊的「文青」、旅客們逛到累了便可以稍作憩息，沉醉於濃濃的眷村氣氛中。另一個村內的亮點就是各式各樣的造型椅子，椅子有不同的繪畫，有的畫得像本書、有的則畫上台灣旗幟。當地人都說這裡是個「尋寶」的好去處呢!遊客們出發前可以先到光復新村的 Facebook專頁，留意一下屆時有沒有特別活動，事關村內所舉行的活動十分有趣，有市集、料理比賽、電影日等，讓旅客也可親身參與。地址：413臺中市霧峰區中正路至和平路開放時間：全日營業交通： 1. 統聯臺中市公車50路（新民高中-921地震教育園區） 2. 統聯臺中市公車59路（新民高中-舊正）光復新村站下車

於霧峰相鄰的大里區近期刮起一陣龍貓旋風!皆因喬城站出現了立體的龍貓和千與千尋內無面人供遊客拍照，希望一睹宮崎駿兩個著名作品的 crossover 就可以來到此處打卡和「selfie」一番了!不過，因為公車站始終在馬路旁，大家到此處要注意安全。

Taichung

霧峰林家花園若果光復新村的歷史氣息不夠濃厚，旅客們可以直接到霧峰林家花園，來一個穿越時空之旅，像古人般穿梭於古代亭台樓閣之間。霧峰林家花園是台灣四大名園之一，這個碩果僅存和別具氣派的古蹟其實是19 世紀中期，台灣社會最具影響力的家族之一，林家的居所。林家花園佔地雖有一萬五千坪之大，其中部分區域還是有林家後代居住，目前只有下厝、頂厝及萊園三個區域被所定的古蹟範圍，而入內參觀也需要預約的。

只是在 921 地震後，霧峰林家古蹟嚴重受創，耗時將近 14 年才收復這個幾乎全毀的古蹟，直到 2 014 年才終於開放參觀，可說是得來不易啊!漫步園內，除了可以看到建築物上華麗的繪圖外，更可以看到牆上保留著吳魯和李鴻章等人的真蹟墨寶。這個被政府列為二級古蹟的霧峰林家花園，更是歌手蔡依琳和安室內美惠拍攝歌曲影片的場地呢！地址：413台中市霧峰區民生路26號開放時間：每星期一至星期日，可於官方網站查閱導覽服務時間表入場費用：250台幣交通：大眾運輸從台中火車站搭乘50、100線至霧峰郵局站（中正路）下車→步行約5分鐘即可到達

亞洲大學接下來的就到有「中部最美的大學」之稱的亞洲大學一遊。校園建有著一座座歐洲風格的建築物，走在校園就如置身外國般。與其羨慕每天在這裡上學的學生們，倒不如親臨亞洲大學，瘋狂拍照留念吧！

亞洲大學有三個必看的景點：首先當然是一進大門口就非常吸睛的行政大樓暨圖書館，圓頂形的建築加上整齊排列的希臘式柱列，從正面看像一座皇宮，背面看像美國白宮。再多走兩步，立即便可從希臘一躍羅馬，一睹校園內外觀十足羅馬競技場的體育館。兩座建築物創新的設計完全跳脫了校園以往給人的嚴肅感覺，名符其實的既實用又耐看。最後的一個必到點就是亞洲現代美術館。安藤忠雄的粉絲就要留意了！因為它是這位建築大師在台灣的首座設計品。歷時六年，安藤大師設計了這個建築輪廓清晰精簡的三角型藝術空間。

伊甸園山谷滑雪渡假村 Eden Valley Ski Resort

喝一口香醇濃郁的牛乳 A sip of fresh milk

在青翠遼闊草原上，帶黑白斑紋的乳牛在埋頭吃草，為寧靜的草原增添幾分動感。瑞穗牧場是花蓮縣最大的乳牛養殖場，佔地 38 公頃，飼養超過300 頭壯碩的乳牛。牧場處處草木，風光明媚，充滿大自然氣息。而牧場內的設計都是以乳牛黑白相間的花紋設計，連指示牌和涼亭也不例外。瑞穗牧場非常適合親子造訪，全年 365日免費開放。這牧場的牛乳來自中央山脈的純淨水源所出產，新鮮可口且在台灣非常具人氣。坐於牧場內的露天咖啡廳可一邊欣賞綠草如茵，一邊品嘗新鮮牛乳製成的奶製品，非常寫意。咖啡廳內各式的點心飲料都是由牧場剛擠出的新鮮牛乳所製，固中滋味可想而知。除了牛乳，這裡還有芝士、乳香饅頭、牛乳蛋糕和雪糕等都非常美味！登上牧場內的觀景塔，可欣賞草原風光，遠處眺望牛群慢悠悠地吃草的景象十分寫意。餵飼乳牛是入園的指定活動之一，樂趣無窮。到花蓮旅遊不妨到訪瑞穗牧場，體驗獨而美味特的牛乳之旅！

The Rareseed Ranch is one of the biggest ranches in Hualien, spanning across 38 hectares with over 300 cows. The ranch is free for admission and interestingly decorated with black and white cow spots. The milk collected here is famous in the area, and the cafes in the ranch allow you to enjoy the warm breeze while tasting delicious products made with fresh milk. All products from the cafes are made from milk freshly squeezed on the ranch. Besides milk, there are also an assortment of cheeses, cakes and ice cream! If you visit the observatory tower, you can have a bird's eye view of everything on the ranch, from the grazing cows to the endless fields. Feeding the cows is also a unique experience to try at Rareseed Ranch!

炸蛋蔥油餅 Egg Bomb Pancakes 復興街，又名蔥油餅街，為花蓮必試的美食街，若是假日造訪，定必人山人海。當中遐邇聞名的「炸蛋蔥油餅」更位列花蓮必試美食的榜首。炸蛋蔥油餅以一輛黃色小貨車作店面，小巧的店舖外卻有長長的人龍，從遠處便能聞到煎炸的香味。老闆廖先生本是送貨司機，之後自家研發蔥油餅，他每天早上用中筋麵粉搓麵團，擀捲力度和次數拿捏準確，造就出層層鬆化的蔥油餅餅皮，不添加任何化學調味料，即點即炸，加入蔥花和蛋醬，令蔥油餅酥脆香口，新鮮味美，可蘸辣醬或蒜醬增加味道，吸引大量食客和當地媒體前來品嘗。此外，復興街上另有一間藍色小貨車店舖，同售炸蛋蔥油餅，兩間味道相若，各有支持者。點餐後顧客會收到號碼牌，需要等候一會。炸蛋蔥油餅出鍋後，香氣撲鼻，撕開紙袋，可見餅皮呈金黃色，酥脆口感入口即融，內皮卻軟綿有嚼勁，加上調料口感濃厚豐富，吃到近中間時蛋汁噴出，可說是名副其實的「炸蛋」，吃的時候要邊吃邊吸，蛋汁加上香酥餅皮，滿足味覺享受。

清萊夜市 Chiang Rai night bazaar 旅行的意義眾說紛紜，最重要的莫過於豐富自己的人生閱歷。想要探討各地風土人情，便必要到當地人聚集的地方。來到清萊這淳樸的城鎮，娛樂設施不算多，主要娛樂區有清萊夜市，位於公車旁的地理位置十分方便，不少當地人皆會於下班後與三五知己到此小酌幾杯，十分寫意。清萊夜市可說是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，無論是購買紀念品，品嚐地道風味小吃，抑或欣賞歌舞表演，應有盡有。下午四時許便有不少攤販開始準備，把自家的貨品擺出舖外。清萊夜市充滿煙火人情味，昏黃的小燈泡點綴著夜市，溫暖的感覺油然而生。來到夜市不可不試的是烤魚，商家直接把新鮮的魚放到烤架上，滋滋的響聲及海鮮獨有的焦香刺激著味蕾，烤好後的魚有漂亮的黃金紋路，澆上醬油便可大快朵頤。香蕉煎餅的香氣讓人忍不住來一份「飯前甜點」，餅皮由香濃牛乳，雞蛋，麵粉製成，口感煙韌，薄薄的餅皮煎得外酥內軟，配上甜甜的煉乳與熟透的香蕉，風味十足。

在夜市裡，每檔小吃店都傳來不同的食物香味，使人垂涎欲滴。熱乎乎的即烤串燒更是夜市美食的不二之選。原因是大部分燒烤店都使用炭火燒烤，這種原始的風味實在使人再三回味。而且串燒選擇繁多，無論是肉類、海鮮、甚至昆蟲等都應有盡有。實在不得不提夜市裡令人食指大動的特色煎餅和小炒。這些小炒也是以原始炭火烹調而成，十分惹味。加上店主們以不同的香料配以開胃的泰國醬汁去調製，充滿泰國風味。有時候，他們還會在小炒外面加上一層嫩滑的蛋餅，增添食物層次和口感。

三重縣海女小屋 Catch & cook in Ama Huts

正所謂「民以吃為天」，到外地旅遊除了想感受濃厚的風土人情外，當然還希望一嘗當地美食。與名古屋相距約兩小時車程的三重縣有一所海女小屋，驟眼看來，似是路邊一所平平無奇的木製小房子，而屋外側是寧靜淳樸的小漁村，給人一種誤闖小國寡民、與世隔絕的「桃花源」的錯覺。可是，一進屋內就被熱情的招待和濃郁撲鼻的燒烤香味所包圍，仿佛走進了一個截然不同的國度。

日本傳統海女文化在日本，海女是一個傳統職業，歷史源遠流長。海女，一般指不使用氧氣設備徒手下潛捕取海鮮的女性。由於不使用任何的潛水裝備，海女的工作是有一定的危險性，因此她們需要長期的訓練，對於游泳技能和閉氣能力更有嚴格的要求。但是，隨著時代變遷，海女這個職業日趨淘汰，新時代的女性多不願意從事這項高風險的工作。因此，日本全國所剩下的海女只有約1000 名，而且大部分是年紀較大的女性。工作時，海女會穿上一套白色連頭套的衣服，頭套上印有格子和一筆畫完的星星記號，分別象徵符咒和捕獲工作順利。瀕臨絕種的海女文化使三重海女小屋成為必訪的旅遊景點，如果想要好好體驗的話就要預早2 天預約了。地址：日本三重縣鳥羽市相差町1094番地網址：http://amakoya.com

到訪海女小屋，除了一睹海女們高技術的潛水技巧，另一大重點當然是品嘗她們即捕即燒的海鮮。海女們所招待客人的海鮮雖然有固定的套餐供選擇，但也要根據當時所捕獲以及季節而有所調整。在等待海鮮燒好的時候，大概是最難熬的時刻：看到如手掌般大的巨型扇貝、鮮豔奪目的伊勢海老、剛剛打開的鮮嫩生蠔等等在傳統燒烤爐上慢慢烤著，空氣瀰漫著炭烤、海洋以及食物的香味，實在令人急不及待、垂涎三尺。貼心的海女好像猜對客人的心思，在燒烤的同時不忘為他們送上一盤新鮮刺身，以解客人饞嘴之苦。海女的海鮮實在一試難忘，再試心動。大概因為是即捕即燒和優質水質，再加上海女們熟能生巧的烹調技巧，烤過的海鮮肉質依然鮮嫩爽口，而且肉汁豐富，連在殼上剩下的湯汁也非常鮮甜。基本上，不用沾醬油就可以嘗到食物的鮮味，更可保留淡淡的海水味道。

還沒有接觸過海女的朋友，或許覺得這個特別的身份帶有不少神秘色彩。其實，海女一點都不神秘，而且是很友善好客的。甫進海女的小屋，她們便待您如家人一樣，為您打點接下來的一切，實在令人有賓至如歸的感覺。特別在用餐的過程中，海女們會關心客人的需要，不時主動添加茶水，甚至會幫客人剥掉剛烤好、非常燙手的龍蝦外殼，再細心地用紙巾包好蝦尾，好讓客人們在享用時不被燙傷。以上的各種窩心舉動，體現出海女的好客之道，同時感受到她們的憨厚樸實，就像看到家中可愛慈祥的奶奶一樣。

海女們非常樂意分享自己的生活點滴和有關海女文化的故事，如果懂日文的話，對於整個體驗來說絕對是錦上添花。不過，溝通上有困難也無礙大家感受海女文化。因為在用餐的中途，海女們會邀請大家一起跳傳統舞蹈，大顆兒一起跳舞和打拍子，言語問題仿佛在熱鬧的歡笑聲和節拍聲中消失。不得不提，如果大家想更進一步體驗一下當海女的感覺，可以在海女小屋租借海女服裝打扮成真正「海女」呢！

人們一般對收益管理不太了解，你能說說關於你的工作內容嗎？收益管理中，以定價尤為重要。HK Express著重分析市場需求，由此判斷出每條航線的最佳推廣價。此外，我們的工作亦包括設立推廣（所有後端設備），以確保能在 HK Express 的網頁上提供最正確的價格。收益管理之所以是個有趣的領域，是因其通過優化定價模式，讓我們了解顧客需求，從而為他們呈獻出成本效益最高的選擇。藉此，我們能同時保持價格吸引力，以及在市場上的競爭力。

People usually do not know much about revenue management, can you tell us about your job nature? Revenue Management handles everything to do with pricing. We analyse the demand for each flight and decide on the best promotion prices that can be offered for each route. Our job also entails setting up the promotions i.e. all the back end configurations to ensure the correct prices are displayed on the website. Revenue Management is an interesting field as it allows us to meet our Guests’ needs through optimizing the pricing model to offer the most costeffective options for all Guests. This is how we are able to keep our prices low and stay competitive in the market. Why did you choose to work at HK Express, given that there are many other airline companies in Hong Kong and Dubai? I first heard about HK Express when I started working as an intern in the same office building as their head office. Curious, I researched the airline and learned that even though they were only 2 years old, they had multiple exotic destinations and were expanding rapidly. It has always been my objective to join a young company because I believed that it would use modern and efficient work methods and that it would provide me with the opportunity to learn from the challenging landscape and mature with the organization. Since all other airlines in Hong Kong and Dubai are already well established and have their own traditional systems in place, I thought HK Express would be a good launching pad for my career and development. 旅途安康 Health & safety HK Express 重視旅客的安全、健康和舒適安全第一 • 請詳閲放置於每個座位椅背的安全指引卡，並在航機起飛時注意機艙服務員的安全示範。 • 我們重視每一位旅客的安全和舒適，包括有嬰兒同行的旅客。除非您為嬰兒購買額外機位，否則飛行期間嬰兒必須安坐於成人的大腿上。飛機起飛及降落時，以及每當機艙服務員作出特別指示時，嬰兒必須繫上嬰兒安全帶，固定坐在成人的大腿上。 • 當安全帶指示燈亮起時，所有手提電腦、平板電腦和影音器材都必須關閉。旅客不應使用遙控裝置或藍牙設備，以免干擾飛機的通訊及導航系統。 • 飛機起飛與降落時，手袋或手提電腦等隨身物品都必須存放於前方座椅下，或座位頂上的行李架內。嚴禁吸煙 • HK Express所有航班均嚴禁吸煙。旅客必須知道於機艙內任何位置吸煙，均屬違法。

HK Express cares about our Guests’ health, safe and comfort onboard Safety first • Please read the safety instruction card in the back of each seat and pay special attention to our cabin crew during the safety demonstration at the beginning of each flight. • We value the comfort and safety of each of our Guests, including those with infants. All infants must be seated on the lap of an adult for the duration of the flight unless an additional seat has been purchased. Please be advised that your infant must however be strapped onto the adult’s lap with the infant seatbelt during takeoff and landing, and at any other time as instructed by the crew. • Laptops, Tablet and AV equipment must be switched off when the seatbelt sign is on. Guests are required not to use remote control or Bluetooth devices as they can interfere with the aircraft’s communications and navigation systems. • Loose items such as handbags or laptops must be stored underneath the seat in front or in the overhead lockers during take-off and landing.

No smoking • All HK Express flights are non-smoking. Please note that it is a criminal offence to smoke in any part of the aircraft. Your health & comfort • Try to walk around the cabin from time to time during your flight to encourage blood circulation, avoiding fatigue and muscle stiffness. • We would also recommend some simple stretching exercises every hour such as flexing your toes and raising your knees gently towards your chest. These exercises can potentially reduce the risks of blood clots in the legs, or deep vein thrombosis (DVT). • If you are prone to poor leg circulation, wearing specially designed flight socks or compression stockings can be extremely beneficial. • We recommend that our Guests try to minimise caffeine and alcohol consumption onboard to prevent health problems such as headaches, bloating and dehydration. Drinking water and fruit juices are the best options to keep your body suitably hydrated.
