เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่25 กรกฎาคมที่ผา่ นมา เรามีงานสัมมนาสาคัญของภาค ถึง 2 งานด้วยกัน คือ การสัมมนาประชาสัมพันธ์ภาค และการสัมมนาโครงการ บริ การภาคที่โรงแรมเอเชียแอร์พอร์ต เราได้รับความรู้อนั เป็ นประโยชน์ มากมาย จากวิทยากรผูท้ รงคุณวุฒิหลายท่านในหัวข้อต่างๆ ตั้งแต่วนั ที่ 23 กรกฏาคมที่ผา่ นมา ท่านผูว้ ่าการภาคไชยไว พูนลาภมงคล ได้ เริ่ มเดินสายเยีย่ มสโมสรโรตารี ต่างๆในภาคของเราแล้ว อย่าลืมเตรี ยม ต้อนรับท่านและส่ งแผนงานประจาปี ของสโมสรก่อนท่านเข้าเยีย่ มด้วยนะ ครับ และในอี-นิวส์ฉบับนี้มีบทความเตรี ยมความพร้อมการเยีย่ มฯโดยคณะ เลขานุการภาคให้ทราบอีกด้วยครับ นอกจากนี้ ทางคณะอนุกรรมการ My Rotary ภาคได้มีกาหนดอบรมการ ใช้ My Rotary ในวันที่ 1 สิ งหาคมนี้ ขึ้นเป็ นพิเศษสาหรับกรรมการ บริ หารสโมสร 6 ตาแหน่ง เพื่อสามารถเข้าไปบริ หารจัดการสโมสรและ บรรลุเป้ าหมายได้ งานนี้รับเพียง 20 ท่านเท่านั้นนะครับ รี บจองที่ที่ผอู้ บรม My Rotary ทุกท่านได้เลยครับ อย่างไรก็ตาม อย่าลืมเรื่ องของการชาระค่าบารุ งโรตารี สากล สาหรับครึ่ งปี แรก (กรกฎาคม – ธันวาคม 2558) และค่าบารุ งภาครายปี ซึ่งโรแทเรี ยนทุก ท่านต้องชาระภายในระยะเวลาที่กาหนด เพื่อรักษาสมาชิ กภาพของสโมสร ในระบบของโรตารี สากลนะครับ
On the past Saturday 25 July, we had 2 seminars – District Public Relations and District Service Projects Seminars at Asia Airport Hotel. We had gained a lot of wonderful knowledge and information from speakers who are gurus in Rotary. Since 23 July, District Governor Chaivai Poonlapmongkol has started his Official Visits to Rotary clubs in our District. Do not forget to prepare for his visit and submit your annual Club Plan prior to his visit as well. Also, in this E-News, there is a message from District Secretary Team about how to prepare for District Governor Official Visit for your reference. Moreover, District My Rotary Subcommittee has organized My Rotary Workshop on this coming 1 August – especially for 6 Club Officers – aiming that they would be able to access My Rotary and manage their respective clubs in order to achieve their clubs’ goals. The seats are limited to 20 persons only. Please book your seats now with any of My Rotary trainers. Nevertheless, do not forget about the payment of RI Due for the first half of the term (July – December 2015) and District Levy. All Rotarians must pay within the designated date in order to maintain the club’s active status with RI.
