TPB, Clark formalize partnership for MICECON 2024

In an exciting development, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has secured the bid to host MICECON 2024 at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. To mark this momentous occasion, CDC and the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to stage the largest gathering of Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) professionals in the country next year.

The signing ceremony was led by TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles and CDC President & Chief Executive Officer Agnes VST Devanadera, accompanied by key officials including TPB Deputy COO for Corporate Affairs Atty. Vince Manuel, CDC Vice President for Business Development and Business Enhancement Group Atty. Noelle Mina Meneses, CDC Tourism & Promotions Division Officer-in-Charge Elenita S. Lorenzo, and CDC Legal Affairs Group Officerin-Charge Atty. Anna Gayle T. Barin.

MICECON 2024, set to take place from July 10 to 12, will bring together MICE professionals from across the globe. This event, which will be hosted in the Metro Clark area for the second time since 2014, presents a splendid opportunity for Clark and its neighboring communities to showcase their rich history, culture, and heritage to both local and international MICE delegates. Moreover, MICECON 2024 is expected to attract new investments and business opportunities, making a significant contribution to the region's economic growth.
