MONTHLY MONDAY MEETINGS Within a semester there is usually one meeting per month where all the members of Café Analog come together to talk about recent and upcoming things of interest for the whole team (not personal matters, to keep it short : ) and to make sure the shifts for the new month can be planned

OPENING ANALOG CHECK LIST - Turn the machines on (magic espresso thingy, coffee grinder/mill) - Check if we have milk (buy 4 "sød" http://tinyurl.com/analogcash)

- Take sign and bike away from Atrium (but not into analog) - Count money (Use google docs) - Put the money box back into it's save place. - Money to the bank: date, initials and amount in the mailbox. - Turn the machines off - Clean the machines (manual for magic cleaning on the kitchen wall) - Fill the dish washer and start it - Make sure our kitchen looks nice, and the rest of analog - Give youself a pat on the shoulder you did a great job!

HOW TO MAKE
CAFÉ LATTE Double and single shot: Steam milk in the small pitcher to just below the chuter. Serve: In the big paper cups or the big glasses.
CAPPUCCINO Double and single shot: Steam milk in the small pitcher to just below the chuter. Make plenty of foam. Sprinkle cacao on top. Serve: In the big paper cups or the cappuccino.
CORTADO Double and single shot: Ratio steamed milk and coffee 1:1 Serve: In the little paper cups or the small glasses.
ESPRESSO Serve: In the espresso cups
AMERICANO Double and single shot: Ratio hot water and coffee 3:1 Serve: In the little paper cups or the mugs.
BLACK CAFFEE Add milk if prefered. Serve: In the little paper cups or the mugs.
CACAO Add 1 table spoons of cacao in the small pitcher, put milk in to just below the chuter. Steam the milk with cacao. Serve: In the big paper cups or the big glasses.
CHAI LATTE 2 table spoons of chai - add a small amount of water - blend it - steam milk in the small pitcher to just below the chuter. Serve: In the big paper cups or the big glasses.
TEA Use the water from the espresso machine Serve: In the big paper cups or the mugs.
