Concept for mapping the anatomy of holistic wellbeing - creating meaningful insights and actionable directions for organizational wellbeing management. Lack of wellbeing, increased work-related stress, and lack of engagement at the workplace are key challenges for employers and HR departments globally. For human resources, a further challenge for human resources is the lack of data concerning these topics, when compared to other corporate functions, and their key metrics.

The aim of the field trip was to research potential markets and find different perspectives towards organizational wellbeing and which factors motivate individuals towards a better life.
Different design methods and tools were used in prototyping the concept. Team’s geographic division created the need for virtual means of communication and prototyping. The outcome of the project is a wellbeing management concept to help companies include and customize Hintsa’s philosophy to meet their needs and goals.
