4 th IELA OPERATIONS SUMMIT Dear Participants,
MEET THE EXPERTS
8-15
While still waiting to get back full-time onto show sites, the changeability of this situation calling for cancellations, postponements, the downsizing of events, makes it difficult for us to have our exhibition-logistics business attain Pre-Covid levels which in turn has a serious impact on our overall revenue. No one would have thought that this Operations Summit would be virtual again as we planned it as a physical event. As things turned out, we are planning a virtual edition which will once again be enriching and productive for all participants. The IELA Education & Training Working Group felt that, especially in these challenging times, education is a crucial element in gearing up to 2022. The decision by the Board to approve an online Operations Summit 2022 was therefore great news for us. We welcome you to our 2nd IELA online Operations Summit.
