Managing large scale of employees who are in different states that too in this situation can be overwhelming. Technology has allowed people to connect anytime and anywhere to anyone in the world and surprisingly from every device we can think of. Ultimately, we are all in this together. We, at lmaginXP are taking this as an opportunity to explore all possibilities for better learning. To get full benefit of on line learning, concerted efforts must be made and our team has been doing great, providing a good structure and going beyond replicating a physical class/ lecture through MyCoach platform. In this situation, where some are anxious about what cannot be done, others are motivated to do more. So as our team at lmaginXP, nevertheless the situation, everyone has been doing well and giving their best efforts . Past few months have been productive and informative for our team. T his issue of Newsletter focuses on the events which took place like the Webinars, Master-Classes, Education Counsel Mela (ECM), Industries Expert Session and some other events. There are Live Projects, which we can proudly say have been completed by our students with the guidance of Industry experts and Faculty team at lmaginXP. Most importantly, we welcome our CEO Mr. Shashank Shwet and the new members at lmaginXP. We always focus on encouraging the students and faculty team at lmaginXP. We thank our faculty team for being ready to mentor students and going beyond to help them in growing and being productive. We are highlighting their artworks as a part of appreciation. Dear lmaginXP'ians, I hope all of you are keeping in good health. The second wave of the pandemic has dampened the mood in the country. As faculties, captain of students and influencers we need to ensure we keep the morale up. Pandemic has also got India's education to the youth at a standstill. As an Ed-tech institution, we have a huge responsibility to the society to provide quality education to ensure that our students stand out in the crowd of the millions. Our job continues, come hell or high waters. This mindset made lmaginXP and our university partners innovate, overcome and accelerate during the times of the pandemic. Keeping in mind continuous learning we provided free course to higher education students of our partner universities. We quickly scaled up the number of future skill topic degree and courses and all of this showed in our placement track record, companies like IBM, OK Credit and others paying our students a north of 13 lacks! Our perseverance to deliver quality education did not stop there. Over the past few months there has been confusion in the minds of the students around the cancellation of board exams. lmaginXP held 1 on 1 counselling sessions for the students to talk out their issues with corporate coaches. We held India's largest Education Counselling Mela 2021 to guide students to the right future skill programs. We curated a virtual reality tour of the infrastructure and interaction with placed alumni of lmaginXP with virtual ECM. We started the school to university connect programs to enable the students to manage their university transition during these uncertain times.
We are nurturing lmaginXP as a brand that can increase the student ROI while studying at our Partner University and colleges. lmaginXP's MyCoach platform has become a backbone of the higher education institutions that provides access to mentorship from corporate coaches, projects, internships, placements all the while concentrating in imparting the right future skill to the student. It was my immense luck and fortune to be the part of lmaginXP. They impart knowledge of all processes of design and work towards a really rewarding portfolio. The teachers are helpful and encouraging, can help through the whole process. They give one full year to internship and then get you finally placed through a placement drive. They have totally new methods for learning a process which helped us to grasp the design language. I would like to thank lmaginXP for their contribution in my carrier success.
"You receive what you give out." I started my journey with lmaginXP in 2019 and it turned out to be quite phenomenal as it paved the way for my career. I enrolled myself in Masters of User Experience course in Chitkara University which is a course in collaboration with lmaginXP. We were taught subjects like Fundamentals of Design, Human Computer Interaction, Service Design and Fintech to name a few and were given interesting assignments which helped us to gain a practical perspective in User Experience. I met some amazing mentors and peers who guided me in every possible way they could in building and reviewing my portfolio plus honing my skills. Though I got off campus placement, I gained all my confidence from my mentors who literally pushed me to my limits.

lmaginXP raised $1.5 Million
Education Counselling Mela
lmaginXP has raised $1.5 million in a pre-Series a funding round led by Venture Catalysts along with participation of Angel Investors, Shashank Deshpande, Krish Kupatjil, Samyakth Capital and others. The funding is aimed at accelerating both offline and online degree programs. lmaginXP is a "virtual university platform" that helps universities provide degree programs and certification courses.
The Education Counselling Mela is expected to give 12th class students an overall idea of what a Design career entails. Most of them might not be aware of the current status of the Design industry. In all the webinars, the concept of new aged design, technology and business courses were shared with the students. As these all were live sessions, questions related to careers, trends, universities and growth were asked most.

What happened in past few months 'lmaginXP in News'
1. Interviews in Swarajya Prof. Col. Shishir Kumar was interviewed by Swarajya Staff on the topic of "Poor policymaking, attitude of parents and lopsided focus on theory behind un employability of youth". The whole interview revolved around few major points like education system, education policy, and skill development.
2. Authored Article in People Matters
The article featured on "People Matters" by Prof. Col. Shishir Kumar on the topic "The impending tech-onslaught on skilled human resources" the whole article is about the need of the hour for policymakers to emphasize immediate formal skill training while also undertaking systemic changes in Education sector.
3. Interview in Startocure The interview was taken on April 19. 2021 by team StartoCure. The interview questions were all about the "journey of lmaginXP" like how they started, how they came across this idea, what are the courses they are offering to the students, there were also few questions related to competition, fundraising and expansion over few years. Prof. Col. Shishir Kumar also mentioned in the interview about how much important are the potential and future skill development programs.
4. Interview in Top Business Tycoon
Interview which featured in Top Business Tycoon portal, was all about Prof. Col Shishir Kumar and his journey and initial struggles with lmaginXP. He also talked about his inspirations as well as his view on today's industry scenario, latest technology and resource advances.

Students were actively engaged into the session through various learnings. They were able to give a hand on try in making animations and building prototypes on FIGMA. The student gave a try and were able to understand the basic tools in Figma and how to use them from any project. Pen Tool was slightly challenging. Hence, they were asked to practice that tool and come up with their doubts and queries the next day. The students were also able to understand how to make advance icons, illustrations using these tools. All pen tool queries were resolved. Students created beautiful icons as a part of activity assigned to them. They were able to work with color, text and visualize designs and apply them in a composition.
We performed this training for one of the Middle East's most prestigious banks, who wanted to teach its workers in UI Design so that they could develop better user experiences and make their apps easier to use. We've trained two senior members of this bank's team, each of whom has almost 18 years of expertise in the UX field. Learners have gained a solid knowledge of numerous ideas and methods of UI as a result of these 3 days of training and they would also instruct their team of 15-20 people based on the expertise of these learners. The training was conducted by Ms. Janhavi Bijur.
Dates:17th-18th & 24th-25th May 2021
18 employees of HP's UX Design and Sales Operations teams were trained in this workshop. We showed them how to use Figma to produce prototypes, as well as our proprietary 6D method. We earned a 4.8/5 NPS grade, and every learner was quite pleased with the method we taught them, which included several group activities. This training was conducted by Ms. Aboli Maydeo.

Roots as a brand comes with and amazing idea of Guilt free food items made of vegetables which will replace the junk food bases. The students and faculty are working as a team for building up the brand identity from scratch. As a work scope student are working on Logo, Packaging, Digital Marketing and Website Design, making it a great exposure for the students working on live project.
In the 'live project' assigned to the students of lmaginXP among different universities to redesign the website of Vrinda essential oils, so that the traffic on the website can be increased and can be converted into sales. Vrinda, as an industry exposure, live project, gives students an exposure on how work is done in the industries. Also, with such projects, students can implement their theoretical knowledge into practical and real time products. They learn how to empathize with the true end level consumers and how to provide enhanced experience to the customers.
