Incoming Global Internship Program MoF for Technology Internship Project Manager The Project manager is who plan, execute and control sales projects based on Technology incoming exchanges, according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Talent Profile: Leader for Sales Team People in Charge: 3 Team Members
As you can see, this year IGIP will have five subareas. There is a team for each product of GIP (Management Traineeships, Technical Traineeships and Educational Traineeships). There is a team for design of products and there is a share team with IGCDP, this team is responsible of the matching and delivery processes.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support Technology internships sales goals in collaboration with product designer, VP iGIP and MKT & F&M area. Creation and delivery of strategies, sales team management and direct and execute sales. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Define project success criteria (# TN) and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
