Information Management (internal support) Alumni Database Management: o To support the National and Local Alumni Database Update using WEB 2.0. o To control and support the construction of a CRM that leads the role of external relations plan. Life Long Connection members: o To support application processes for local LLC program. o To improve members tracking status database. Communication & Promotion Alumni Management: o To lead the process of planning, design, verification, and publication of the information according to the Alumni needs and trends. (Local communication plan) Life Long Connection members: o To support the process of National Packages Management. Market Research: o To plan and structure the process of Market research taking into account the requirements and needs of LLC members and Alumni.
Relationship Management: o Number of Alumni at the National Alumni Program. Information Management: o Number of Alumni and LLC registered. o Update status of local and national databases. o Manage right message expectation. o Rate of Alumni and LLC members aware about local and national activities/initiatives.
