Life Long Connection MoF for Talent Connection Coordinator

To plan, manage, coordinate and execute talent management plans and programs toward Life Long Connection members assuring up selling processes guiding and leading his/her team. To coordinate, lead, evaluate and improve the activities related to AIESEC XP. Talent Profile: Leader for a TM Team People in Charge: 6


 Members Development o To ensure the development of the membership after the Experiential Leadership Development phase on a personal level, encouraging and creating opportunities for learning. o To promote the final closing of the Experiential Leadership Development phase and reception to Long Life Connection for members.  Education & Training o To ensure the proper implementation of learning and training environments looking for membership preparation and positive impact in society forward his/her AIESEC XP. o To assure minimums for the membership going through Life Long Connection phase.  Connection Strategies o To lead the process of engagement with the members for an impactful closing of his/her experience. o To redirect Life Long Connection members to the National and Regional Packages.

 Relationship Management: o Number of LEC activities with alumni involved.  Offering the right opportunity o Number of Long Life Connection experiences. o Number of Life Long Connection members participating in National and Regional Packages.  Quality AIESEC experience o Rate of Life Long Connection members assuring minimums.
