Marketing Area MoF for Brand Connection Team Leader The Brand Connection Team Leader manages the fulfillment of our BHAG focus on our new customers and markets. The engagement of the youth and organizational markets to AIESEC and develop our relations with this markets so they know who we are and have the impact of AIESEC in their everyday life. If you want to lead this coordination what we are looking for is someone who believe AIESEC will fulfill it’s BHAG, enjoy meeting new people and be sure we will impact the whole society. This coordination will develop events, create marketing mix campaigns, develop promotions for our stakeholders and generate strategies for engage and develop every young person in the world.

As you can see, the brand connection is one of our main strategies as an area, and this coordination is focus over the AIESEC BHAG: this is not an area issue, is an organizational issue. In addition as you’ll be in contact with our markets you’ll also lead our external communication strategies and support the customer focus team in the delivery of our value proposition with our stakeholders. The recruitment process and the engage events with our stakeholders will be your main focus.
Fulfill the AIESEC BHAG with our markets by marketing mix strategies. Creation and execution of a media plan. Creation and execution of a PPRR plan. Creation and execution of Relational marketing strategies. Management of activities and events focused on our BHAG. Execute talent and exchange supply & demand analysis for recruitment processes. Review our year operation cycle for the creation of events and activities to develop our relations with our new markets.
