As you can see, this year OGX will have four areas, two programs for each cluster. The cluster segmentation is a market strategy to capitalize new universities markets. Each cluster will have three share teams (XCRM, EP Support, and Account Managers). Also, the four areas will share a Development team.
Execute the pre promotion of exchanges at Cluster 2 major universities and allies. Support and give information with the team members about OGCDP and OGIP process to people interested in exchange. Support recruitment activities at Cluster 2 universities. Manage Data Base with contacts and potential EPs. Get the necessary documents before inserting a form such as: contract, EP resume, payment receipt (100%) and support the EP in entering his profiles and CV on myaiesec.net. Raise forms on the platform of AIESEC ensuring the quality of CV and Student Resume.6. Raise forms on the platform of AIESEC ensuring the quality of CV and Student Resume. Tracking the legalization of contracts in synergy with the Finance and Management area. Support the EP Flow training to Team Members Program and Finance and Management area
