Talent Profile: Leader for Logistics Team People in Charge: 6 Team members
Plan and execute the Leadership Development Program for TLP and the Education and Training Cycle for TMP. Targeting and getting Training and Learning Partners. Guarantee a quality induction and preparation for members joining TMP and TLP. Support, track and audit the execution of talent management processes for GIP and GCDP.
Accomplish Leadership Development Program for TLP and the Education and Training Cycle for TMP. Number of Training and Learning Partners Cooperation between other coordinations. Guarantee development to EST members.

Standardized information of Talent Allocation and Re-Allocation, Talent Planning, Talent Selection, Talent goal setting and orientation, Talent motivation and EB transition.
