Talent Management Area MoF for Team Leader Program Manager

The TLP Manager Team Leader will culminate in a member’s personal and professional development through the concept of team building and management. Members get to experience leading other members and guiding them in their work, thus becoming a crucial part of their development. Therefore the Manager must to manage, coordinate, control, evaluate, execute and improve the local strategies and processes for Team Leader Program (TLP) implementation and up-selling.

Talent Profile: Leader for TM Team People in Charge: 6 Team members


 Ensure the delivery of the program value proposition, Product packaging, sales and delivery.  Assessment of performance and development.  Guiding and coaching team members, seeking the highest, standards possible in the execution of the processes.  Ensure the up-selling of the programs.  Ensure the closing and proper transition for TLP.  Ensuring the proper documentation of talent management processes at local level, and the development of GCPs documents to share at national and international level.

   

Number of Team Leader experiences. Quality of delivered experiences Cooperation between other coordinations. Guarantee development to TLPM members.

       
