Sebastian is a freshman attending Ivy Tech working towards his degree in Studio Art and Education. With this degree, he hopes to work in education where he can give back to others through resource allocation and social support as he sees a need for cultural competence within access to higher education. His motivation to continue his career is his personal long-term goals for his life. The program has been a growing experience for him as he has received help in finding mentors in his field of interest to further develop his skillset. He wishes to share the resources he has received from Pathways to Careers with others.
