THE ESTATE

THE CHAPEL

We have the historical small church into the resort where we can celebrate religious ceremonies in the garden with a set up of 120 chairs and altar. Alternatively, we can celebrate civil or symbolic weddings.

New measures have been adopted, in compliance with the rules, in order to guarantee your safety and protect your health. You will nd large spaces, privacy and serenity in our 500-hectare estate, immersed in the green of the Maremma. The spa, swimming pool, kid's club and restaurant services, available by reservation, have been reorganized for your tranquility and well-being. Even breakfast, upon reservation, will be served directly at the table or in your room. All spaces are periodically sanitized and air exchange is guaranteed. You will also nd dispensers with hydro alcoholic solutions for hand hygiene. The sta will be wearing a mask and will measure body

temperature every day. In the large and bright room you will nd welcome letters and other bene ts for your exclusive use.

SPECIAL SAFETY MEASURES

32 Superior, Deluxe and Family Rooms guestrooms at L'Andana Resort are decorated with an eye to detail and tastefully furnished in such a way as to maintain an atmosphere of family intimacy. All the rooms are bathed in natural light from either the windows, spacious terrace or private garden overlooking the surrounding countryside, the green and the variegated Maremma landscape. The interiors are enhanced by a lovely stone replace built in ne Tuscan style. Some rooms have also a spacious mezzanine oor, which is perfect as a sitting room or can be converted into a children’s bedroom. 13 Suites located in La Villa are private residences, each with its own décor and distinctive atmosphere, designed to make your stay a unique experience. The decor is contemporary, rustic chic, and the colors, warm and rich hint at the Tuscan landscape. 2 Family Suites located in La Casa, featured with a stylish living area, and a separate small kitchenette. The bedroom is elegantly decorated in warm color shades and has a replace. Outside is a vast terrace o ering magni cent views of the green and orderly rows of olive trees on the hillside. The bedroom opens out onto a spacious area with a walk-in wardrobe. From the living area, a wooden staircase leads up to a spacious mezzanine oor with two large skylights. Up here are the second bedroom, with white beams, and a pretty attic bathroom.

Enjoying Maremma cuisine it’s a must while at L’Andana. In the Southern corner of Tuscany, the taste of genuine local products, from the land and from the sea, is enriched and re-interpreted with a contemporary air but in full respect of the typical Tuscan cuisine. Fruits, vegetables, aromatic herbs, wine and olive oil are produces in the estate.

There are two restaurants on the estate: La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini, and La Villa. Breakfast is served every morning in the kitchen, a great way to start the day, and, to fully experience the local cuisine, cooking classes are available to guests.
