Sugiero consumirlos ”fríos” a 6º centígrados, y considerar los nombres de las uvas, pues es un elemento clave para conocer nuestro vino.

BLANCOS / WHITE Chardonnay, la predilecta de los paladares cremosos, cuya acidez es muy suave y delicada, dejándole más camino a la sensación frutada y elegante. Sauvignon Blanc, realmente fresca, con un poco más de acidez, fruta cítrica y un pícaro aporte mineral que la hace vibrante y muy refrescante. Pinot Grigio encantadora, hace de sus vinos una amabilidad destacada que vale la pena conocer. magina que descorchas un vino en un día caluroso y soleado, digamos a 40°C, ¿lo tomarías a esa temperatura? ¡Yo tampoco! Por lo tanto, lo mejor es bajarle los grados entre los 16°C y 18°C, con la finalidad de poder destacar adecuadamente las propiedades organolépticas. Un vino tinto frío puede ser un regalo veraniego sorprendentemente refrescante. Cuando se trata de vinos rosados y blancos es aún más fácil; estos los recomiendo servir entre 10°C y 8°C respectivamente, así los volvemos nuestros mejores aliados para mitigar los alegres días de verano. Si prefieres espumosos, es importante que oscilen entre los 6°C y 4°C. Para encontrarnos con una buena experiencia, debemos tomar en cuenta que el vino gana grados cuando está dentro de la copa, por ello en verano es muy recomendable que la cantidad que destines al servir sea ligeramente más pequeña.

magine opening a bottle of wine on a hot, sunny day, let’s say at 104 °F, would you take it at that temperature? Me neither! Therefore, it is best to lower down the degrees between 60°F and 64°F, in order to adequately highlight the organoleptic properties. A chilled red wine can make for a surprisingly refreshing summertime treat. When it comes to rosé and white wines is even easier; I recommend to serve these between 50°F and 46°F respectively, and turn them into our best allies to mitigate the happy summer days. If you prefer sparkling, it is important to keep them between 42°F and 39°F. To have a great experience, we must take into account that wine warms up when it is in the glass, therefore in the summer, it is highly recommended that the amount served be slightly smaller.

Gracias a la variada programación que cada año ofrece a sus espectadores, quienes difícilmente tienen la oportunidad de ver estas películas, si no es durante el certamen, el festival se convierte en un parámetro de las tendencias más importantes de la industria cinematográfica internacional. El rmff desea brindar a su público una experiencia cinematográfica memorable con la combinación integrada por el cine de calidad y una sede inmejorable como lo es la Riviera Maya.
