The decline of a market leader In 2008 Carpetright made a profit of £62m. Now it needs a CVA and tens of millions of shareholder funds I asked in the February issue if there would be any good news for Carpetright shareholders. The answer has been an unequivocal no. Its third profits warning in three months spooked investors, sending the share price down by more than a third on 1 March. It has continued to fall since the group confirmed it was looking at a Company Voluntary Agreement to ditch unwanted stores and cut its rents. Landlords look likely to be feeling the pain as well as shareholders. It is paying almost £2m to secure a £12.5m loan and then wants to raise £40m-£60m from shareholders after the CVA. Some might consider that bold given its stock market value has fallen to £26.47m. The reason for this predicament? ‘The aggressive store opening strategy pursued by the company’s previous leadership,’ said Wilf Walsh, Carpetright ceo. If the chain was able to reduce its rent bill by a quarter through store closures, that could save it in the region of £20m a year, plus whatever reductions were agreed for the branches that remained. Walsh has said when a store is closed the nearest one recovers 40% of sales, so Carpetright could make about £20m a year from sales of £389m. Shareholders may find that more appealing than the current situation. It also leaves about £70m of sales looking for a home. Online mattress retailer Eve says it is on course to make a profit in the UK and Republic of Ireland by the end of the year, and in the rest of Europe by the end of 2019. It had better hope that its marketing delivers quicker than that. Last year it spent £17.2m on marketing to generate £27.7m of sales and a pre-tax loss of £19m. If it continues to spend at that rate, by my reckoning, it has just under 19 months of cash, and that is ignoring staff costs. Will it be forced to turn to shareholders to keep going before any profits start to kick in?

Carpetright considers CVA to boost turnaround plan Carpetright is looking to a Company Voluntary Agreement to offload underperforming stores and cut its rent bill before asking shareholders to invest more than its stock market value to bolster its finances. In its third profits warning in less than three months, on 1 March it warned that it would make a loss for the year to 28 April with UK like for like sales still falling. On 12 December it had forecast profits of about £12.8m, but revised this to £2m on 19 January. The group has raised a £12.5m short-term unsecured loan from shareholder Meditor European Master Fund until 31 August with an interest rate of 3%. Carpetright is paying a £496,000 fee and issuing £1.379m worth of shares to Meditor, which will own 5% of Carpetright. In a clear indication that the group sees a CVA as its only option, Wilf Walsh, Carpetright ceo, said: ‘Following the CVA, the company intends to raise between £40m and £60m through an equity release.’ This compares with its stock market value of £26.47m. It also wants to relax its banking covenants and extend its overdraft. ‘I am pleased that we have secured this additional support from one of our major shareholders as we continue to explore the feasibility of a CVA and a conditional equity issue. These further cash resources will enable us to make the necessary decisions free from short-term funding pressure,’ said Walsh. ‘The aggressive store opening strategy pursued by the company’s previous leadership has left Carpetright burdened with an oversized property estate consisting of too many poorly located stores on rents which are simply unsustainable.’ Walsh said the legacy issue had been addressed, wanting to reduce its property estate, but many of the poor performing stores have long leases to run, limiting its ability to exit a meaningful number in the short to medium term.

‘While the board is confident that its brand investment and store refurbishment strategies have been, and will continue to be, successful in enabling Carpetright to respond to increased competition, it believes additional measures are necessary to directly address this legacy property issue. The board is therefore exploring the feasibility of a CVA in order to expedite the rationalisation of its property portfolio, with the clear objective of establishing a right-sized estate of contemporary stores, on economic rents, complemented with a compelling online offer. ‘The conditional equity issue, which is intended to follow a successful CVA, would recapitalise the group and we believe provide the necessary funds to accelerate its turnaround and address the competitive threat from a position of financial strength,’ added Walsh.
Machin quits Steinhoff to be M&S food boss
Harveys and Bensons boss Stuart Machin is leaving to join Marks & Spencer. Machin, who joined as Steinhoff UK ceo in July, is to head up Marks & Spencer’s food division at the end of April. ‘We face challenges in our food business and we have lots to do to change, fast. Stuart is an excellent addition to our team. He gets food retailing and he has first class experience

of driving change in big food retailers,’ said Steve Rowe, Marks & Spencer chief executive. ‘My heart lies in food retail,’ said Machin. ‘The business has many reasons to be proud of its food offer but there are also opportunities and lots to deliver under the transformation plan Steve has laid out.’ Machin worked for Homebase parent Wesfarmers running department store
chain Target in Australia from July 2013 to February 2016 and was a director of supermarket chain Coles in Australia from August 2008 to July 2013. He began his career as a management trainee at Sainsbury’s in 1988, becoming retail operations director in 2003, then moved on to Tesco as Tesco Extra stores director and then operations director, fresh foods. He joined Asda as operations director before moving to Australia.

Beast from the East and Storm Emma hit ScS sales ScS has blamed the Beast from the East and Storm Emma for a significant drop in sales. Like for like orders fell by 5.3% in the seven weeks to 17 March. ScS said this was ‘principally’ due to the country being hit by snow in late February and that trading in the other six weeks had been in line with 2017. In the six months to 27 January sales rose by 1.5% to £168.4m. A pre-tax loss of £2.6m became a profit of £200,000. The chain said upholstery sales at ScS rose by 2% to £130.1m; flooring sales were up 5.7% to £21.3m; online
sales lifted by 11.3% to £6m while its House of Fraser sales dropped 14.2% to £11m. Sales of warranties increased from £9.88m to £10.75m. Average upholstery orders rose from £1,571 to £1,610 while average flooring orders were up from £643 to £676. But, sales per sqft at ScS stores dropped from £109 to £108. l John Lewis said sales fell by 14.4% as the Beast from the East and Storm Emma deterred and prevented consumers from shopping. Sales fell by £11.58m in the week to 3 March, compared to the week to 4 March in 2017, when sales were £80.4m.
Essex will be home to second Silentnight store Silentnight is to open a second retail showroom, with a 4,800sqft unit in the Lakeside shopping centre, Essex. It follows a year of trading at the Trafford Centre, Manchester. ‘By opening our second flagship showroom at Lakeside, we’re enabling customers in the South East to explore
and experience our full range of beds, mattresses and sleep accessories,’ said Steve Freeman, Silentnight md. ‘This is a great marketing opportunity for us and has so far been really successful at the Trafford Centre, where we’ve trialled innovations. Furthermore, it has also benefited our retail partners
who have enjoyed returns from the increased consumer demand and awareness the showroom has created. It enables us to trial new products, new display methods and selling techniques; the results of which we share with all our retail partners, many of whom are now adopting some of the learnings.’
End for Ryalux Airea is to close its loss-making residential carpet manufacturing subsidiary Ryalux to concentrate on the contract sector. The group has begun a consultation with the company’s 50 staff and expects it to close by the end of April. Ryalux made an operating loss of £3.1m from sales of £9.9m in the 18 months to 31 December 2017.
Bigger Loaf Shire tackles sport again: The Shire Bed Company has committed to a second year of its sponsorship deal with rugby league team and 2017 Super League champions, Leeds Rhinos. The partnership will allow the bed manufacturer to continue its Sleep4Sport project and further develop its collection of professional mattresses offering the rest and recovery benefits critical to elite sports players. The agreement will also allow Shire Beds to strengthen its relationship with the team’s physios, coaches and players. ‘We’re delighted to continue our support for Leeds Rhinos and look forward to developing our relationship with the team and our joint Sleep4Sport project,’ said Fara Butt, The Shire Bed Company marketing director. Established in 1997, the same year that the club became Leeds Rhinos, the bed manufacturer is also a sponsor of Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

Furniture chain Loaf opened its first store outside of London last month. Its fourth store is in Guildford, Surrey and the fifth will follow in mid-May in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The 5,000sqft Guildford branch is in the new Tunsgate Quarter centre, while the 7,000sqft Wilmslow outlet will occupy the site of the Royles Motor Group showroom on Macclesfield Road.

Eve targets UK profit by end of 2018 Alternative Flooring has promoted three of its executives to directors. Oak Furnitureland founder Jason Bannister has reshuffled the chain’s management. Bannister has become executive chairman and Terry King is promoted to chief executive. King is succeeded as chief operating officer by Alex Fisher, former Watchshop chief executive and director of its parent Aurum Group.
Mattress retailer Eve Sleep says it is on course to make a profit in the UK and Republic of Ireland by the end of the year, despite group losses increasing by almost £8m. Last year UK and Republic of Ireland sales jumped from £7.73m to £16.14m. Gross profit rose from £3.95m to £9.95m. European sales went up from £3.15m to £10.56m with gross profits of £5.7m, up from £1.38m. Pre-tax losses rose from £11.33m to £18.97m. ‘In what is just our third year of operation we have more than doubled sales and driven substantial improvement in gross margins while raising £35m of growth capital from our listing on AIM. Our progress was strong in H1, and accelerated further in H2, giving a full year growth rate of +132%. This step up in growth was evident in the UK and our international markets and was secured in tandem with a further and substantial improvement in marketing efficiency,’ said Jas Bagniewski, Eve ceo. He said a sizeable business is being built across Europe that it believes will continue to win market share from traditional operators as the £26bn sleep market continues to transition online. ‘Our results to date demonstrate that we have a winnable customer proposition in both the UK and Continental Europe and have a management team that can execute. We are still targeting to achieve UK profitability at the end of 2018 and group profitability by the end of 2019,’ added Bagniewski.

The right fit It is essential to solve issues before delivering the goods As I watch from across the road I am sure I can feel the slight rumble of George turning in his grave. We’d had some great delivery drivers over the years. Kevin always had a broad smile across his ruddy face, usually glistening from exertion. Goes with the job, we used to think. Then he eloped with the girl from the china and glass department. Soon John joined us; a part-time firefighter filling in between his shifts. He was always tired. We learned later that he was full-time. He had been trying to hold down two jobs. Barry was ex-military. He gave the orders and we complied to avoid any disruption to the delivery schedules. It was during his time that the van caught fire on the way to a customer’s house. He thought he was popular because we were too afraid to tell him otherwise. And that led to George. Former removal man. He could walk round a
house and tell you how much lorry space would be needed for the contents. He could judge whether an item of furniture would fit up the stairs without trying it (I’m convinced he topped up with just enough pasties every day to ensure his measuring device kept working). Yes, once I even carefully took apart the central joints to reduce the size and then reassembled the unit, touching up the damaged veneer and finish to the customer’s complete satisfaction. I am in Barcelona, a city set out on a grid system where every private home is a flat and every ground floor property is a business. A furniture delivery lorry has pulled up and behind it a scissor lift. In no time at all the furniture is on the lift, then raised to the right balcony and into the flat without fuss. Rules on how personal data is handled are changing The aim of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is to protect all EU citizens from privacy and data breaches in an increasingly data-driven world. From 25 May it applies to all companies processing and holding the personal data of people residing in the EU, regardless of the company’s location. The UK government has indicated it will implement equivalent or alternative legal mechanisms post-Brexit. ‘Controllers’ and ‘processors’ of data need to abide by the GDPR. A data controller states how and why personal data is processed, while a processor is the party doing the actual processing of the data. So the controller could be any organisation, from a profit-seeking company to a charity or government. A processor could be the company performing data processing. Organisations in breach of GDPR can be fined up to 4% of annual global turnover or €20m, whichever is greater. This is the maximum fine that can be imposed for the most serious infringements, for example not having sufficient customer consent to process data or violating the core of Privacy by Design concepts. There is a tiered approach to fines: a company can be fined 2% for not having its records in order, not notifying the supervising authority and data subject about a breach or not conducting impact assessment. Conditions for consent have been strengthened and companies will no

longer be able to use long illegible terms and conditions full of legalese, as the request for consent must be given in an intelligible and easily accessible form, with the purpose for data processing attached to that consent. Consent must be clear and distinguishable from other matters and provided using clear and plain language. It must be as easy to withdraw consent as it is to give it. Where a data breach is likely to ‘result in a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals’, notification must happen within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach. Citizens have the right to know whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, where and for what purpose. The controller shall provide a copy of the personal data, free of charge, in an electronic format. Citizens are also entitled to have the data controller erase their personal data, cease further dissemination of the data,
and potentially have third parties halt processing of the data. Conditions include the data no longer being relevant to original purposes for processing, or a withdrawal of consent. Privacy by design as a concept has existed for years , but it is only just becoming part of a legal requirement with the GDPR. At its core it calls for the inclusion of data protection from the onset of the designing of systems, rather than an addition. Specifically: ‘The controller shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in an effective way in order to meet the requirements of this Regulation and protect the rights of data subjects’. Controllers should hold and process only the data absolutely necessary for the completion of its duties as well as limiting the access to personal data to those needing to act out the processing. The General Data Protection Regulation covers the way in which individual’s information is looked after comes into effect on 25 May and the Insurance Distribution Directive which covers the information given to a customer at the point of sale comes into force on 1 October 2018. As an FCA regulated business, it takes implementation of legislation seriously and is applying significant resources to it. ‘We have a dedicated, employed compliance manager who is already supporting a number of clients through these processes, and we will be providing information to our whole client base as appropriate,’ he says. Armstrong stresses that it is imperative a constant focus on the regulatory environment is maintained to protect this valuable product for the customer and secondary income stream for its clients. ‘We view our schemes as a whole package: a dedicated team of colleagues giving sales support, compliance support, administration, claims handling and a fully employed team of technicians

their craft career pathway. It funds the education of talented craftspeople through traditional college courses, apprenticeships and one-on-one training with master artisans. Since its inception, the charity has awarded more than £3.5m to some 400 gifted individuals, of whom around 90% are still practising their craft professionally. In 2014, QEST introduced an Apprenticeship Scheme, recently adding the QEST Craft Apprenticeship Hub, to help young people begin careers in craft as a viable alternative to a college/ university education.
QEST continues to reflect the excellence of British craftsmanship as symbolised by the Royal Warrant of Appointment. Last month QEST hosted its annual dinner at the Victoria & Albert Museum, at which 24 QEST scholars demonstrated their skills. An auction of pieces made by QEST alumni, as well as luxury handcrafted goods, bespoke tours and masterclasses, raised more than £150,000 which will go towards supporting the education and training of talented and aspiring craftspeople. Holders of Royal Warrants are part of an elite group of about 800 companies or individuals which are regular suppliers of goods and services to the households of the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and the Prince of Wales. Over the centuries royal life and tastes changed. Henry VIII appointed Thomas Hewytt to ‘Serve the court with swannes and cranes’ and ‘all kinds of wildfoule’. The Field of the Cloth of Gold in 1520 was largely put together by royal tradesmen. Charles II’s 1684 list of royal tradesmen included a sword cutter and an operator for the teeth. Among the tradesmen supplying the royal household in 1789 were a pin maker, mole taker, card maker and a rat catcher. In the late 18th century royal tradesmen began displaying the royal arms on their premises and stationery, but it was Queen Victoria who ensured that Royal Warrants gained the prestige they enjoy today. During her 64-year reign more than 1,000 were granted, eight times as many as granted by the Queen’s uncle, George IV. They included companies such as Fortnum & Mason, Schweppes and Twinings, which still hold them today. Royal Warrants continue to be a prestigious mark of recognition to those supplying the three households and represent the widest cross-section of British trade and industry (there are also a small number of overseas companies) – from individuals practising traditional crafts to large firms equipped with the latest technology. Royal Warrants are automatically reviewed by the Lord Chamberlain’s committee a year before they are due to expire. As part of the review, companies must provide evidence of the goods and services they have supplied to the royal household over the previous five years. The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST) was formed in 1990 to mark the 150th anniversary of the Royal Warrant Holders Association and the 90th birthday of The Queen Mother. MELLOW YELLOW The Living in Yellow project, by Lígia Casanova, is accommodated within a historical building. Its living room features four glazed door-height openings to the street, within a generous space that is defined by wooden floors and designer furniture elements such as Mangas Space created by Patricia Urquiola, and Knitted Stools created by Claire-Anne O’Brien for GAN. Here, the seating modules and rugs form an island at the centre of the space. Yellow is used as an accent colour throughout the apartment, and resonates with the more neutral palette used everywhere else.
BLURRED LINES The Mediterranean light is amplified with the inclusion of Canevas y Knotwork in this home in Israel, a house and garden designed by Levy Chamizer Architects, in a town near Tel Aviv. Boundaries between outdoor and indoor areas fade with the addition of the flowered Canevas rug by Charlotte Lancelot. Its abstract floral pattern recalls the vegetation that surrounds the whole house. Aram tables, designed by Nendo for GAN, pick up on the colour tones and continue to blur the indoor/outdoor boundary.

Ways of grey Brintons will take the trend for grey in a new direction Brintons is showcasing its latest carpet series Perpetual Textures. Sophisticated and understated for modern living, this new woven axminster range has eight contemporary patterns in varying shades of grey. Taking inspiration from natural fibres and textures these carpets were designed to add a calming influence to any home while the subtle details offer an exciting alternative to a plain. The versatile collection in modern grey tones can work well with minimalist accessories and metallic for spring or be layered against chunky knits and blankets for a cosy feel later in the year. The name Perpetual Textures signifies the eternal popularity of these key fabrics and patterns for both tailoring and interior fashions. Texturing techniques including mottles, striés and fades have been used to give a depth to the designs as well as keeping the practicality of a cut pile. ‘The discreet colour palette gives a modern twist to nostalgic prints. Grey is a wonderful, sophisticated colour, constructed of various shades and undertones. It is not only

a great companion to other neutral shades but it also has the power to balance out bold accent colours. The designs for this range were influenced by the beauty of chenille, corded and tweed fabrics and inspired by rattan and handwoven techniques,’ says Jodie Hatton, Brintons creative designer. Woven using the 80% wool/20% nylon blend pioneered by Brintons, these carpets are luxurious to touch and hardwearing. This blend is still used today because it has all the beauty of wool, in a much longer-lasting form. Marrying the finest materials with the latest technology, the blends are transformed into carpets on specially made looms, finished by hand and inspected twice before leaving the factory. Perpetual Textures is a nine row carpet series, making it suitable for heavy contract and extra heavy domestic installations. The range will be on display at the show and sampling will be rolled out to top retailers throughout spring/summer 2018. Duralay LVT Low-Grab Underlay is a versatile solution that can be used to install click fit LVT. Installation is quick, clean and simple; the underlay is loose laid over the subfloor or existing flooring, significantly reducing subfloor preparation times and the new flooring is positioned and pressed on to the underlay’s unique low grab backing. Waves of colour Oriental Weavers is predicting key shades for 2018 Oriental Weavers has long been a leading brand in the rug industry and an established supplier to Flooring One. In May the company returns to BGNFS to showcase some of its ranges for 2018. ‘This season we see a new wave of colours coming to the floor. Sun kissed terracotta, reds and pinks, traditional indigo blues and luscious greens are key shades for this year’s interiors,’ says Lesley-Ann Donnell, Oriental Weavers designer. ‘Check out our plain shaggy ranges Elsa, Harmony and Softness where we have some exciting new colours to launch. There are some colour additions to the popular Carter and Arabesque range. We have also included a few new options to the Kelim flatweave range which we expect to be a big hit.’ The company is predicting a revival in tribal and Moroccan patterns, distressed surfaces, hand-painted effects and maximised foliage patterns. ‘At Oriental Weavers we’ve been embracing these new ideas and created some new ranges to complement this season’s interior style,’ she says. For painterly and distressed patterns, in blue and grey tones, there is soft-touch frise range Sansa. New machine woven Topaz, is a range inspired by this season’s blue and

pink shades with a polyester yarn to create depth. In the machine-made collection there is a new carved frise range that uses a spectrum of bright colours and geometric patterns to create an ultra-contemporary rug. ‘New for this spring/summer we have a new concept Havana: our first range that is suitable for both Indoor and outdoor use. Going global Proposte will see more international exhibitors The 26th edition of Proposte, the furnishing fabrics and curtains exhibition, takes place from 2-4 May at Villa Erba in Cernobbio, Italy. The show will see four companies make their Proposte debut, including another geographical first for the event. Moroccan company PIF Textiles will be the first African exhibitor, as Proposte continues its internationalisation strategy. This saw the introduction of several Turkish companies in 2015 and two US exhibitors last year. PIF will be joined by fellow debutants Edinburgh Weavers, Italian producer Alois Tessitura Serica and Irish company Foxford. ‚‚‚

There will be 48 international exhibitors and 41 from Italy
This year there will be 89 exhibiting companies, 41 from Italy and 48 from other countries. The show will see an important collaboration, with architect and designer Mario Bellini returning to the exhibition centre he designed in 1987. Mario Bellini Architects studio is working on the design of the settings for the central pavilion of the exhibition spaces of Villa Erba during the three days of the show. The drawing that has inspired the textile installation is promoted in this year’s advertising image: the first sketch signed by Bellini proved to be so striking as to become the leitmotiv of the entire communication plan of the upcoming edition. For Proposte 2018 Bellini has designed a spiral-shaped installation that has rotational and fluctuating movement, starting from the architectural core of the central round-shaped pavilion, and ideally expands to the entire exhibition complex, including the surrounding park. More details will be provided by Bellini in a lecture on the first day of the exhibition, during which he will illustrate the project conceived for Proposte and his personal experience with the world of furnishing fabrics. London Fabric shrugged off the Beast from the East While snow and wind hit the UK, the conditions did not affect the success of The London Fabric Show, with the fourth BFM hosted event at Chelsea FC’s Stamford Bridge stadium seeing an 18% increase in visitor numbers. Despite the fact that some visitors from Wales and the North of the UK were prevented from getting to London, both days drew record attendance, with visitor numbers on the first day up by 12% at well over 200. On show from 37 exhibitors were new designs and classic collections from some of Europe’s finest fabric producers and suppliers, including six new exhibitors. Visitors included many of the UK’s leading chain store and furniture retail groups, plus buyers of soft furnishings from the hotel and leisure industry.
Spanish company Girones was among those making its debut. ‘We are delighted to have attended London Fabric, the buyers here know what they want and have a desire to see the best fabrics on offer. We have made a great number of good contacts and had a good response to our fabrics and we will be back here again,’ says Javier Girones, Girones director. Belgian producer Escolys also enjoyed success. ‘It has been a very good show for us, we have seen most of our very valued UK customers and met some new ones too,’ says Koen Mortier, Escolys export manager. James Lowe, Aqua Clean Group sales manager, says: ‘This show increases in importance every year, we always have excellent buyers who know what they are looking for, and are open to new
styles, fabric technologies and treatments.’ Jackie Bazeley, BFM md, says she had good responses from both visitors and exhibitors. ‘Prior to the start of the show we thought that the weather might prevent visitors from attending, while it clearly had an effect, it did not stop the majority from getting to London. I have had many positive comments from visitors about the quality of the exhibitors and the fabrics and finishes they showed, along with a great number of compliments from both our returning and new exhibitors. I already have a waiting list of companies eager to exhibit and we are already looking forward to another successful event in 2019.’ Next year’s show will take place from 25-26 February. MIFF hosted a record 625 exhibitors as it used the new Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre for the first time along with its traditional Putra World Trade Centre venue in Kuala Lumpur. The increased space allowed the show to increase by a quarter, covering 100,000sqm. ‘This year has again reinforced MIFF’s global standing as a very happening and productive sourcing hub. It proves we are effective in drawing new exhibitors, buyers and more products to a much larger show. Exhibitors are securing extra business from markets which they have not encountered before such as from Africa and South America,’ says Karen Goi, MIFF general manager. The increased space allowed for the Millennials@Design (MAD) showcase: a gallery highlighting the work of young Malaysian designers. FDC in Action featured the designs of seven former Furniture Design Competition winners and this year’s 20 finalists (see box). The seven have been working closely with manufacturers to present new designs after being mentored by Philip Yap, FDC chief judge. ‘For many years, I have seen so many competitions that have ended up creating a few young stars who just fade away. Why?

Meaningful connections IFFS once again linked Asian furniture to the Western world The International Furniture Fair Singapore 2018 saw 374 exhibitors from 26 countries attract 19,196 visitors from 809 countries. This year there were a record-breaking 15 country pavilions, with France, Japan, Portugal, and Turkey making their debuts. Also drawing the crowds were: the Italian New Renaissance area curated by Giulio Cappellini; Carte Blanche, presented in collaboration with Tanke.London and curated by Chantal Hamaide, founder of French design magazine Intramuros and directed by Arro Studio; and the Design STARS Showcase, highlighting works by 10 global design talents.
The Singapore government recognised IFFS’ continuing efforts at promoting Asian and international furniture trade. ‘IFFS has become Asia’s premier design-led sourcing platform, with a comprehensive and diverse range of furniture and furnishing designs from all around the world.
