JÁSDI PINCE

This cellar was built at the end of the 18th century. The fame of “Csopak” wines was established here. In 1998, the Kalssicist building -owned by the Jásdi family, was almost in ruins. They are known for the demanding renovation and installation of modern grape processing and wine-making equipment. To this day, they make wine selections in a traditional, handicraft way. In 2014, the Jásdi Cellar received prestigious awards, and in 2017 istván Jásdi was also awarded the Winemaker of the Winemakers Award. The Jásdi family is mainly producing Italian risotto, Chardonnay, Grey friar, Furmint, and Cabernet Franc on the 17-hectare site.

A pince a XVIII.század végén épült és itt alapozták meg a csopaki borok nevét. A kalsszicista épület együttes 1998-ban majdnem romokban került a Jásdi család birtokába. Az ő munkájukat dícséri az igényes felújítás és a korszerű szőlőfeldolgozó ill. borászati berendezések telepítése. A borválogatások a mai napig hagyományos, kézműves módon készülnek. Számos díjat is magáénak tudhat a Jásdi Pince.2014-ben Prestige Awars díjat kapott ill. 2017-ben a Borászok Borásza díjjal is kitüntették Jásdi Istvánt. Első sorban Olaszrízling, Chardonnay, Szürkebarát, Furmint és Cabernet Franc készül a 17 hektáros területen.
