February is the romantic month full with sweet adorable atmosphere of lovers. Some couples decide to tide their knot, some look for a good restaurant to celebrate Valentine’s Day. This issue of iSTYLE Hospitality will introduce you some of the colorful and romantic rooftop restaurants. The Travel column will take you to popular places for pre wedding photo shoot.

Some place seems too plain but photographers are able to transform it to be a romantic place. iWoldWide will reveal the romantic corners of the classic Edinburgh, Scotland.

Marriage is only the beginning part while sustaining the married life is more valuable and more difficult. Tune in to each other is something that should be done. Compromising will keep up romance and married life to eternity.

หากเอ่ยชื่อ เกาะหลีเป๊ะ เชื่อว่าชื่อนี้คงจะคุ้นหูเหล่าบรรดานักท่องเที่ยวที่รักการเที่ยว ทะเลเป็นอย่างดี ย้อนกลับไปราวๆ 4-5 ปี เกาะนีไ้ ด้เริม่ เป็นทีร่ จู้ กั ในฐานะแหล่งท่องเที่ยว แห่งใหม่ ด้วยทะเลสีคราม ทีต่ ดั กับหาดทรายสีขาว และทะเลแหวกทีป่ รากฏให้นกั ท่องเที่ยว ได้ชื่นชมความงดงามบางช่วงจังหวะ ประกอบกับความสมบูรณ์ของปะการัง และ สิ่งมีชีวิตใต้ท้องทะเลปลาหลากสีสัน ที่ช่วยแต่งแต้มท้องทะเลแห่งนี้ให้มีความพิเศษกว่า ทะเลห้องอื่นๆ เนื่องจากการเดินทางไปยังเกาะหลีเป๊ะค่อนข้างล�ำบากนิดนึง แต่ใน แง่ของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ก็ถือเป็นการจ�ำกัดจ�ำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวไปในตัว

หลังจากที่สนุกกับค�่ำคืนแรกไปแล้ว ไฮไลท์ของเกาะนี้จะอยู่ในวันถัดมา นั่นคือ

เกาะหลีเป๊ะตั้งอยู่ทางตอน ใต้ เป็นหนึ่งในหมู่เกาะตะรุเตา ซึ่งจะประกอบไปด้วย การออกเรือหางยาวไปด�ำน�้ำ ซึ่งอัตราค่าบริการ จะมีระบุอยู่ในโบรชัวร์ โรงแรม ว่าจะพา เกาะตะรุเตา เกาะอาดัง-ราวี เกาะหลีเป๊ะ เกาะหินงาม และเกาะย่อยๆ อีกจ�ำนวนหนึ่ง ซึ่ง เราไปที่เกาะไหนบ้าง ซึ่งรูปแบบ และราคาแทบจะไม่มีความต่างกัน ดังนั้นถ้าคุณพักที่รี สอร์ตไหน แนะน�ำให้จา้ งเรือจากรีสอร์ตนัน้ เลยครับ อัตราค่าบริการจะอยูร่ าวๆ เกาะตารุเตาจะมีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุด แต่ด้วยท�ำเลที่ตั้ง บวกกับสิ่งอ�ำนวยความสะดวก ท�ำให้ 2400-3000 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับรูปแบบที่เราเลือก เกาะหลีเป๊ะถือเป็นจุดศูนย์กลางของนักท่องเที่ยวที่เลือกเดินทางมาเยือนหมู่เกาะตะรุเตา ซึ่งเกาะหลีเป๊ะจะแบ่งเป็น 2 หาด จุดชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดินที่สวยที่สุดบนเกาะ จะอยู่ที่ ความสวยงาม และสมบูรณ์ของโลกใต้น�้ำที่เกาะแห่งนี้เล่นเอาผมแทบจะลืมความ หาดชาวเล หรือบางคนเรียกกันว่าหาดทรายขาว ซึ่งในบางเดือนจะได้ชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน พร้อมกับทะเลแหวก บริเวณจุดชมวิวอันขึ้นชื่อเพียง แห่งเดียวที่ Moutain Resort จากนั้น วุ่นวายของโลกข้างบน และอยากจะชื่นชมความงามแห่งท้องทะเลต่อไปเรื่อยๆ ถึงแม้จะ เป็นการด�ำน�ำ้ แบบ snorkeling แต่กถ็ อื ว่าคุม้ ค่าแล้ว เพราะบางจุดทีจ่ อดให้นกั ท่องเทีย่ วด�ำน�ำ ้ หากใครชอบแสงสียามราตรี ใช้เวลาเพียง 15-20 นาที เดินตัดออกไปที่หาดพัทยา ก็เห็นปลาหลากหลายสีสันตั้งแต่อยู่บนเรือแล้ว เหลือแค่รอให้เราลงไปท�ำความรู้จักคุ้นเคย (หาดบันดาหยา) ก็จะเจอกับผับ บาร์ ร้านค้ายามค�่ำคืนมากมายที่จะช่วยเติมสีสีนให้กับ กับเหล่าเจ้าบ้านใต้ท้องทะเลสีครามแห่งนี้ ค�่ำคืนอันสุดเหวี่ยงของคุณ

อีกจุดหนึ่งที่ถือเป็นไฮไลท์ เมื่อมาเยือนเกาะหลีเป๊ะก็คือ "เกาะหินงาม" เกาะแห่ง

เกร็ดเล็กเกร็ดน้อยส�ำหรับที่พักบนเกาะหลีเป๊ะจากประสบการณ์ของผม แนะน�ำ ให้จองทีพ่ กั พร้อมสปีดโบ๊ทรับส่ง ไป-กลับ จะสามารถต่อรองราคากับทางรีสอร์ตที่ เข้าพักได้ นี้จะมีลักษณะพิเศษเฉพาะคือ บนตัวเกาะจะประกอบไปด้วยหินเล็กหินน้อย ที่มีลักษณะ โค้งมน กลม และแบน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสีเทา ไปจนถึงสีเทาเข้ม และมีความเชื่อกันว่าหากใคร ซึ่งจะได้ราคาที่ถูกกว่าจองแยก ผมเลือกจองที่พักที่ mountain resort เนื่องจากวิวดี บรรยากาศ สงบ และเป็นส่วนตัว แม้สภาพห้องพักที่ mountain resort จะค่อนข้างเก่านิดนึง มาเรียงหินซ้อนกันที่เกาะแห่งนี้จะสมหวังเรื่องความรัก แต่ก็ไม่ถือว่ามีปัญหา ส�ำหรับผมแล้วเมื่อได้ชื่นชมวิวที่สุดแสนจะโรแมนติกแบบนี้ก็ถือว่าคุ้ม หากใครที่แพลนว่าจะมาเยือนเกาะ แห่งนี้ซักครั้ง ควรจะมีเวลาอย่างน้อย 2 คืน เพื่อ ที่หาดฝั่งนี้ที่คิดว่าสวยแล้วลองหาเวลาเดินไปอีกด้านสิครับ ความงามของเม็ดทรายขาว ซึมซับบรรยากาศ ความงดงามของท้องทะเล และโลกใต้น�้ำอันมหัศจรรย์ ซึ่งตอนที่ผม บริสุทธิ์ ที่หาดพัทยาจะท�ำให้คุณเคลิ้มไปเชียวล่ะ ในปัจจุบันถือว่ามีรีสอร์ตใหม่ๆ เกิดขึ้น อย่างต่อเนื่องบนเกาะแห่งนี้ จากการเข้ามาของนายทุน ซึ่งปัญหาใหญ่ๆของเกาะนี้คือระบบ เดินทางไปที่เกาะแห่งนี้ ผมใช้เวลา 2 คืนที่หลีเป๊ะ และ 1 คืนที่หาดใหญ่ ถึงเวลาจะสั้น ไปนิด แต่สถานที่แห่งนี้ถือเป็นเกาะที่ผมประทับใจเป็นอันดับต้นๆ หากเทียบกับอีก การจัดการขยะ ถ้านักลงทุนทีเ่ ข้ามา ไม่แสวงหาแต่ผลประโยชน์ ช่วยกันอนุรกั ษ์เกาะแห่งนี้ หลายๆเกาะทางใต้ที่เคยไปมา และเชื่อว่าคอลัมน์นี้ น่าจะพอสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ให้ และการะบบบริหารจัดการ ที่มีคุณภาพ ก็น่าจะถือเป็นเรื่องที่ดี หลายๆท่าน ออกไปกอดเมืองไทยกันนะครับ ;) 12

Koh Lipe might sound familiar to many travelers who passionate about sun sea and sand. Around 4-5 years ago, this island became a popular tourist destination because of its blue ocean, white sand and the famous “Taley Waek” or the separation of the sea between islands which occurs in some occasions. Together with the integrity of coral reefs and various sea creatures such as colorful fish help making this sea at Koh Lipe more unique. Traveling to Koh Lipe is quite difficult but it is good for sustainable tourism as it limits the amount of tourists per month.

Nowadays transporting to Koh Lipe is more convenient. Many airlines offer tour packages that include air tickets and shuttle coach to and from Pak Bara Pier, Stun province. If you prefer a more relaxing trip, you can choose to fly to Had Yai and take a rest there for 1 night and get ready for an early departure to Pak Bara Pier. It is recommended to check for transportation with the hotel. Most hotels in Hadyai provide shuttle coach between the hotel and Pak Bara Pier. It usually takes 2 hours driving from Hadyai to Pak Bara Pier. Then take speed boat from Pak Bara Pier to Koh Lipe which takes 1 and a half to 2 hours. Sometimes tourists are allowed to stop at Koh Kai and take photos of its unique stone arch. The strong day time sun light doesn’t prevent us from capturing beautiful memories of Koh Kai.

Koh Lipe locates in the south and is one of 51 islands of the Tarutao National Marine Park. Tarutao National Marine Park consists of Koh Adang-Rawi, Koh Lipe, Koh Hin ngam, and other small islands.

Koh Tarutao is the biggest island among them. Koh Lipe’s location and facilities make it the center for tourists to visit the park. The island is divided into 2 parts. The location with the best sunset view is at Chao Lay Beach or Sai Khao Beach. Some month tourists get a chance to see the sunset with the beautiful “Talay Waek” at the island’s best location, Mountain Resort. For a good night life, tourists can take just 15-20 minutes walk to Pattaya Beach (Budhaya Beach) where the streets are full of pubs, bars and shops for you to enjoy.

Small tips for making a hotel reservation, from my personal experiences I would recommend you to reserve a room with the speed boat transportation because it is cheaper than reserve them separately. I chose to stay at Mountain Resort because it provides good views and tranquil atmosphere although the accommodation rooms are quite old. This side of the beach is beautiful.

However if you have extra time, try walking to the other side. The beautiful pure white sand of Pattaya beach will definitely fascinate you. There are many resorts established on this island nowadays. The main problem that occurs is the garbage management. It would be a good thing if investors don’t just consider about making profits but help sustaining the island’s environment.

The highlight of the trip is on the second day of arrival which is taking a long-tailed boat for snorkeling.

The programs and price rate should be in the brochure at the hotels. The programs and prices of each hotel should not be much different than one another. The price rate should be around 2,400-3,000 baht depends on the programs. It is recommended to book a tour program from the hotel that you stay.

The beauty and integrity of the underwater world almost makes me forget about the busy world up there.

I just want to keep admiring the beauty of the ocean. At some location you are able to clearly see the colorful fish from the boat like they are the hosts waiting for the guests to visit their home.

Another highlight of Koh Lipe is Koh Hin ngam which consists of many small crooked, rounded and flat rocks mostly in grey and dark grey color. It is believed that the person who can pile up the rocks on this island will be lucky in love.

Tourists who plan to visit Koh Lipe should spend at least 2 nights here to fully absorb the atmosphere and the beauty of the ocean and its underwater world. When I visit Koh Lipe, I spent 2 nights on the island and 1 night in Hadyai. Even though it was just a short amount of time, but this place is one of my top favorite destinations among the southern islands. I believe that this column might convince all of you to go out and experience the amazing Thailand.

Another recommended dish is “Pan Roasted KUROBUTA Black Pork Tenderloin”; kurobuta pork roasted with stir fried pepper, sprinkled with Feta cheese and quince jam. It is divided into 2 zones; the first zone is My Lady Hall which contains 3 antique ovens and a big vase with fresh flower in the middle of the hall. The black wall is decorated with church panting from the work of Michaelangelo.

At the corner locates a willow plate which was once a famous collection in Europe. The second zone locating at the back is My Lord Hall which emphasizes on black color tone decorated with 4 pictures of Da Vinci and a silver deer head giving out a festive feeling. The hall is surrounded by wine cellar containing various kinds of wine to have with your favorite dishes.

Another outstanding dish is Pan seared Hokkaido Scallops & Jumbo tiger prawns; a good combination of celeriac puree and the soft and sweet scallops from the Pacific Ocean with prawns and champagne sauce that’s been simmered until the stock becomes mellow.

Wine Connection offers familiar dishes from European cuisine such as salad, Italian pizza, pasta. The highlight is Cheese Platter which serves various kinds of cheese on a platter, ColdPlatter; cold meat and sausages served with crunchy homemade bread, which is good to have with wine. Other dishes are Fettuccini with Spicy Seafood; Wine Connection’s special recipe, Grilled Snow Fish with Pesto Crusted served with mashed potato, asparagus and cream sauce which is recommended to have with white wine like Sauvignon Blanc. เข้ามารับตำ�แหน่งที่โรงแรมโนโวเทล ได้อย่างไร และอะไรคือแรงจูงใจ? ผมเข้ามารับตำ�แหน่งในช่วงที่ธุรกิจของโนโวเทลสยามสแควร์กำ�ลังดำ�เนินการไปด้วยดี แต่โดย รวมถือว่าเป็นช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านที่น่ายินดี ทีมงานทุกคนต่างทำ�หน้าที่ของทุกคนได้ดีอยู่แล้ว โรงแรมโนโวเทล เป็นโรงแรมที่ตั้งอยู่กลางใจเมือง มีความยาก ง่ายในการบริหารงานอย่างไร? เนื่องจากที่ตั้งใจของโนโวเทลสยามสแควร์อยู่ใจกลางเมือง แน่นอนว่าลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการย่อม แตกต่างจากโนโวเทลอิมแพ็คที่ผมเคยบริหารงานมา ที่ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวโดยทั่วไปและ ลูกค้าคอร์ปอเรต ดังนั้นการบริหารงานของผมจึงไม่ค่อยมีความแตกต่าง ซึ่งที่จริงการดูแลลูกค้า ด้วยความเอาใจใส่ก็เป็นหัวใจสำ�คัญของธุรกิจโรงแรมของเรา จึงไม่ค่อยมีความแตกต่างจากกลุ่ม ตลาดหนึ่งไปอีกกลุ่มตลาดหนึ่ง มีอีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงชัดเจนคือ พนักงานใหม่ที่ย้าย จากโรงแรมอื่นที่มาช่วยเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำ�งานให้กับทีมงาน ระดับของประสบการณ์ การทำ�งานที่นี่จะเน้นใช้การสื่อสารทางตรงมากขึ้นในขณะที่โรงแรมที่เปิดใหม่จะใช้เวลาในการ เรียนรู้มากกว่า จากประสบการณ์ในการทำ�งานกว่า 20 ปี จากประเทศต่างๆ มองการตลาดของโรงแรมใน เมืองไทยหรือโรงแรมโนโวเทล ว่า ต้องทำ�อย่างไรบ้าง? ผู้บริหารและพนักงานคนไทยทุกคนมักจะแสดงออกถึงความเอาใจใส่ดูแลให้บริการเป็นอย่างดีต่อ ลูกค้า ซึ่งทำ�ให้ผมหวนระลึกถึงภาพเมื่อ 10 ปีที่แล้วที่ผมมาเที่ยวเมืองไทยครั้งแรก ผมมีโอกาส ได้ร่วมงานกับคนที่มีความสามารถทั้ง 5 ประเทศ รวมทั้งความประทับใจต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นทุกวัน และแสดงออกถึงความอบอุ่นประทับใจที่มีต่อลูกค้า อะไรคือความท้าทายในการทำ�งาน และเติมความสุข คืนให้กำ�ไรในชีวิตอย่างไร? ผมเริ่มทำ�งานที่ซานฟรานซิสโก ซึ่งมีความคล้ายคลึงกับกรุงเทพฯ เป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวและมี การบริการที่ดีระดับโลก ผมเริ่มชีวิตการทำ�งานที่ห้องอาหาร แล้วก็รู้สึกชอบมากที่ได้มีโอกาสร่วม เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในงานเลี้ยงโอกาสพิเศษมากมาย ไลฟ์สไตล์ของผมมักจะเกื้อกูลกับอาชีพของผม เพราะผมและภรรยาชอบเดินทางท่องเที่ยว หาอะไรใหม่ ที่เที่ยวใหม่ และหาประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆ

สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวประทับใจที่เคยไป? ข้อนี้ค่อนข้างตอบยาก เพราะความประทับใจมีหลายแบบ ตีความหมายได้หลายอย่าง ตั้งแต่เรื่อง ใหญ่ไปเรื่องเล็ก ส่วนใหญ่ผมจะประทับใจกับการได้ทานอาหารที่อร่อยและถูกปาก หรือทุกช่วงเวลา ที่ได้หัวเราะและยิ้มอย่างมีความสุข แต่ถ้าให้บอกแบบเจาะจงสถานที่ที่ประทับใจมากๆ ก็มีอยู่ที่ 2 ที่ คือ กำ�แพงเมืองจีน และกรุงโรมเมืองที่ความโรแมนติกที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งของโลกซึ่งเป็นที่ผมขอภรรยา ผมแต่งงาน! สถานที่ที่ยังไม่เคยไปและอยากไปเที่ยว มีเยอะมาก เรียกได้ว่ายาวเป็นหน้ากระดาษก็ว่าได้ เพราะแต่ละวันก็จะค่อยๆ คิดออกไปเรื่อยๆ ถ้าในแถบเอเชียแปซิฟกิ ผมยังไม่เคยไปไกลกว่าทางใต้ของมาเลเซีย ส่วนใหญ่จะไปเทีย่ วทีอ่ อสเตรเลีย และนิวซีแลนด์ หรือเอาที่ใกล้ๆ หน่อยที่คิดว่าอยากไปในปีนี้คือลาวและพม่า แอฟริกาและอเมริกาใต้ ก็อยากไปมากแต่ก็ยังไม่มีโอกาสไป ภรรยาผมชอบท่องเที่ยวมากเช่นกันซึ่งก็มีคุยๆ กันอยู่ว่าอยาก ไปเที่ยวทางยุโรปตะวันออก ผมก็คงค่อยๆ เก็บเกี่ยวเที่ยวไปเรื่อยตามที่ต่างๆ ที่อยากไปครับ ประทับใจอะไรในเมืองไทย? ที่เมืองไทยที่ประทับใจมากที่สุดคือ อากาศ และความมีชีวิตชีวาความเป็นกันเองของคนไทยครับ ซึ่ง ปกติผมจะสัมผัสได้จากเพื่อนร่วมงานที่เป็นคนไทย หรือแม้แต่ผู้คนทั่วไปที่ได้พบปะถึงจะไม่รู้จัก แต่ผมก็คิดอยู่ตลอดเวลาว่ายังไม่ค่อยมีโอกาสได้สัมผัสความเป็นประเทศไทยจริงๆ ซักเท่าไร แต่ผม ก็จะตื่นเต้นทุกครั้งที่จะได้เรียนรู้ประสบการณ์แปลกใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละวันแต่ละเดือน ตอนที่ผม เพิ่งมาไทยใหม่ๆ ผมรู้สึกว่าประเทศไทยมีหลายประสบการณ์ให้สัมผัส ทั้งด้านการท่องเที่ยวผจญภัย อาหารการกิน หรือแม้แต่ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งก็มีบ้างที่ผมต้องบาลานซ์การใช้ชีวิตจากการปรับตัว ที่ทุกย่างก้าวอาจมีความวุ่นวายบ้าง จนบางครั้งเกือบจะลืมวัฒนธรรมแบบตะวันตกไปด้วยซ�้ำ

How do you find it?

Joining NBSS in the height of the season has certainly had its hectic moments, but overall the transition has been a pleasure. The team here is very seasoned and takes great pride in the hospitality they provide.

Talking about your vision in management style towards NBSS where is in the center of City.

The city-center location certainly appeals to a different guest profile than my guests at Novotel IMPACT, primarily leisure travelers versus event-driven guests. My management style, however, remains the same. Genuine hospitality is the essence of our business, and that doesn’t change from market to market. The only adjustment, if you will, might be seen in dealings with staff, coming from a new hotel to one with a more experienced team.

The experience level here and the pace of activity lends itself to more direct communications, where more time is spent teaching in a younger property.

As you previously worked internationally, are there any prominent differences or similarities that you found riveting in terms of customer service and management among those countries?

Thai colleagues exhibit a very genuine sense of hospitality, which I felt as a tourist on my first visit some 10 years ago. I’ve worked with talented people in five countries now, and am impressed daily by the warmth and appreciation shown for our guests here.

What is your inspiration in working at the Hotel? and how do you balance your life?

I was raised in San Francisco, which like Bangkok, is a city known for tourism and world-class hospitality. My early jobs were in restaurants, and immediately I enjoyed being a part of people’s special occasions. My lifestyle is an extension of my career, as my wife and I are avid travelers, always in search of new flavors, sights, and cultural experiences.

Where was the most impressive place you visited?

That’s difficult, as the term “impressive” applies to so many things, from sights both grand and small, to the most delicious flavors and well-timed smiles. That said, if I had to choose a particularly vivid memory or two, I’d say the Great Wall of China, and the eternal city of Rome, where I proposed to my wife!

Where is it that you haven’t been to and would like to visit the most?

As fortunate as I have been, the list is long and growing daily! In the Asia-Pacific region, I’ve never been further south than Malaysia, so much more adventure awaits in Australia and New Zealand! Closer to home, I look forward to my first visits to Laos and Myanmar this year. I’ve also never set foot in Africa and South America, but am anxious to do so.

My wife shares my love of travel, and she would certainly add Eastern Europe to the discussion. Clearly, it will take a lifetime to see it all!

What are your favorite things in Thailand?

The easy answers are the gorgeous weather, vibrant flavors, and the inherent hospitality I feel daily from Thai colleagues and strangers alike.

I still feel as though I’ve only seen and experienced a small fraction of Thailand, however, and am excited at the prospect of exploring the many treasures that lie beyond Bangkok in the days and months ahead.

I saw early on that Thailand can feed one’s sense of adventure, culinary appetite, or a taste for arts and culture if you prefer, but also offers a glimpse of a patient and balanced lifestyle that tends to get lost in the west, in our hectic daily pace.

Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh is the city that makes travelers feel like living in a fairy tale.

There is no discomfort to the eyes while walking around because the old part and the new part of the city are clearly separated by Princess Street.

“It’s just the first time and I fell in love with it”. This is the feeling I got the first time I visited Edinburgh and a question came to my mind “Which era am I?” There’s no surprise that Edinburgh had become a destination for couples who want to spend time together during their honeymoon.

Holding your lover’s hands while walking along Royal Mile Road in the Old Town won’t make you feel bored because this area is for the hosts to show their talents such as bagpipe, magic tricks and many more that are fun to watch, also statues of important persons can be seen along the path. Across the Waverly Train Station is a park which is outstanding with Scott Monument of Sir Walter Scott, a famous poet, and writer who is the author of the novel “The Waverly”. Later, begin our first destination with Edinburgh Castle; former prosperity of Scotland lie the great myth of Robert the Bruce who retrieved the castle from England and William Wallace, a hero who sacrificed his life to protect Scotland from the British army in the 13th century. It is recommended to watch the movie Brave Heart before visiting this place. You will definitely absorb more emotions. The castle was built from volcanic rocks aging over 340 million years old. Inside, there is an exhibition on royal succession, military museum, prison and a great viewpoint to a beautiful city (14 pounds for the entrance fee). Out of the castle on Royal Mile Road, besides the show from the host along both paths, it is full with souvenir shops that contain Scottish pattern products. The repeating sight to see along the way is young and old men wearing kilts, lovely cafes, and various restaurants hiding behind old buildings and tunnels. Walk along the path without tiring until reaching Holyrood House palace on another side of the street. It was built during King David I and is currently a residence of Queen Elizabeth II while visiting Scotland.

It is open for visitors to see its elegance. Not too far away locates The Queen Gallery which is opposite the Parliament House. Another highlight is Calton Hill. Its height may cause tiring but once looking back on it, the tiredness seems to drain off. It feels like being casted a spell on by its soft classic and romantic beauty. The whole city is under the charming spell which makes one feels like floating in a dream. The experience persists tightly in my memory until these days.

Each city has its own charm depends on the viewers. Edinburgh is another city that will make your honeymoon remains in your memory for a very long time.

Mr. Justin Malcolm, General Manager of Aloft Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, led the management team and hotel talents to clean up the hotel area and its surroundings on Sukhumvit Soi 11 on the Big Cleaning Day of the hotel.
