THE PILATES STUDIO IS HERE TO SERVE YOUR NEEDS Our certified Pilates instructors offer expertise as they lead small groups and individuals with the same exhilaration and passion through the Pilates Method. Whether on the Reformer, Chair, Tower or other equipment, you will experience a valuable and effective workout. Benefits only begin with: • the low stress on your joints • the work on your core which Pilates equipment emphasizes • the lengthening and strengthening of muscle • and the cardio benefits from an invigorating session

Pilates Studio

The Pilates equipment is specialized equipment used to perform the Pilates Method. This unique set of exercises lengthens and tones muscles while strengthening the body’s core. Using equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower and Chair offer resistance in order to build strength, develop proper alignment and tone muscles, without adding bulk or unnecessary stress on the joints. Private & Semi-Private Pilates Training

12 yrs and older Sessions are customized for you, whether you choose to go it alone or with a friend or two. You and one of our nationally certified instructors will discuss your goals and abilities to develop a specialized program. The more you train the more you can achieve, not only on a Reformer, but with challenges on other Pilates equipment, often used to target more body-specific training. GROUP EXERCISE Group Exercise

12 and older Group exercise is a brilliant way to try something new or break out of a training rut! Your goal may be to sweat, tone, define or unwind – whatever it is, you’ll find it here. You’ll inspire others and be inspired, feeding off the energy from the class.

Group Exercise: Virtual/Online Classes The participation in our virtual group exercise classes have been overwhelming. We are excited to continue bringing upwards of 100 classes a week. Find what works for you, whether on Facebook Live, Zoom or YouTube. You can find the full online schedule at jccst.org. Some Zoom classes require passwords, so please check early and often so you’re ready to login and go when class starts!

Group Exercise: Live Classes

We are excited to be able to offer a limited number of live classes at both J locations. We will continue to follow county guidelines and slowly add classes as permitted.
