“I’m Free” Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free, I’m following the path God laid for me. I took his hand when I heard his call, I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I’ve found that peace at the close of the day. If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My Life’s been full, I savoured much, Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch, Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free.
To My Dad What a great man, What a great friend, When it came to love and care, He was the man, He didn’t do the liquor stores or bars, He preferred a Shoppers News, Just browsing and searching for cars, Oh how we loved all of our sports, Since way back in my younger years he watched me on the basketball courts So as you go home to no more suffering and no more pain, This is your son saying, See you when I get there To watch our favorite, A Good Old Basketball game. Love Always, Kelvin Cooper

We little knew that mourning God was going to call your name. In life, we loved you dearly In death, we do the same It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, You love still our guide, And though we cannot see you, You are always by our side. Our family chain is broken And nothing seems the same But as God calls us one by one The chain will link again.
Love your Grandchildren

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Psalms 23

Perhaps you sent a lovely card or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent those beautiful flowers, that we saw sitting there. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, as any friend could say. Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day. Whatever you did to console our hearts we thank you so much for whatever part. We deeply appreciate your kind expression of sympathy in our time of great sorrow. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. ~The Family of Mr. Charlie Wesley Cooper
