Forever My Hero, Forever My Love
Dear Honey Bear, no words can express the sadness I feel knowing that I won’t see you again on this side. But I rejoice that you are now in a place where there is no suffering. I want you to know how blessed I feel to have had you in my life these years. There are two things that I know: I know that you loved me with all your heart and I know that I loved and still love you. Somehow, God caused us to find each other, and what a blessing that has been. Though neither of us was perfect, we were definitely perfect for each other. There was nothing in your power that you would not do for me or give to me. Even in the last days on your sick bed, you were still thinking about how to make me happy and planning things for me. You treated me like gold, a precious and valuable gift. I thank you for that. I used to always tell you that you were my hero, and I meant it. You are the strongest man that I have ever known. Many days you arose in pain but did everything that was set before you. And, not only did you do it with a smile and a chuckle and such grace, you were always doing things for others to make their day. You had such an open and giving heart. You were a man of action and got the job done. You were loving to all you met and embraced everyone. Daniel, you are the love of my life and the man of my dreams. Forever, you are my hero. Your devoted wife,
Gail
Come With Me
God saw him getting tired, and a cure was not to be. He wrapped him in His loving arms and whispered, “Come with Me.” He suffered much in silence, But his spirit did not bend. He faced his pain with courage until the very end. He tried so hard to stay with us But his fight was not in vain, God took him to His loving home and freed him from the pain.
Your Sons
Goodbye Little Brother Danny, I am so sad to let you go. I love you so much. You have been the rock of this family. No one can ever replace you. You and I have always had a very special relationship, and I will miss that. I thank God for you and that you are now in a better place. I love you and miss you. Your loving sister,
Karen “K”
