Jazmyne, you’re by far the most beautiful person I’ve ever met, inside and out! I gave you my last name, and in return, you gave me the world. And “I love you” doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. I’m going to miss holding you in my arms as we slept, definitely going to miss that voice-hearing you sing to Nevaeh each morning as you got her ready; most of all, that smile, I’m blessed and honored that you allowed me into your life to do so! I’m going to miss the way you looked at me, that look that said everything was going to be OK, that look that said I love you without speaking a word! We’re going to miss you deeply, MaKinley-Faye Nevaeh-Joy & I! To my teacher, my mentor, my motivator, my best friend, my heart! I love you, Mrs. Jazmyne Conway, My 1st Lady!
Steady Love
My Dear Sister

On March 28, 1993, an angel was brought to this earth. My sister, Jazmyne who I adored from the start. I was only 7 years old but I knew that I gained another heart. You flourished to be beautiful, talented and considered perfect in every way. I did not think a deeper love was possible until you had my darling niece Nay. (Nevaeh) On days when my strength was knee-high, seeing you made my soul fly. So as I manufacture wings out of tears and broken dreams, Kamiyah and I will hold you near. I will forever be grateful because I truly loved and cherished you my dear. Kiss Mama

She graduated with honors from the Mighty Melrose High school and attended Lane College, where she received many accolades. She had an infectious smile and a very protective heart when it came to her family and friends. To know her was to love her, and to love her was such a privilege! Mays Recessional The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

We haven’t missed a call, a whisper, or a prayer. We haven’t missed a good wish, a smile, or a care. We’ve caught every one of them, for they have brought us through. And, we won’t miss the chance to say how we love you! We thank you, and we love you. The Family of Jazmyne Janae Conway
