On the night of September 10, 2021 at Allenbrooke Nursing Home, Pauline Beasley achieved her ultimate goal. She was called home to be with her Father while she slept, at peace. At an early age she lived her life serving God through belief and faith. She was the Chef at Bon-ton Greek Restaurant of downtown Memphis for over 40 years who treated us as their family. She was the first born of the late Ms. Linnie B. Edwards and the late Mr. Willie Caples on January 23, 1939. Her three sisters preceded her in death; Geraldine Guy (Robert), Rosa Golden, and Lillie Horton all of Memphis and one brother, the late Curtis Dean. She leaves four brothers; Sonnie Dean, Floyd Dean, and Bobby Dean, all of Memphis and Roosevelt Dean Jr of Chicago, Il She leaves her three daughters; Vickie Miller (Late Maurice Miller), Pamela Wilson (Late Stacy Wilson Sr.), and Marilyn Robinson. Plus, she leaves her son, Leroy Ross Jr., (Late Sharon Ross Hunt). She had ten grandchildren with two preceding her in death. Fifteen great-grandchildren, five Great great grandchildren and a host of cousins, other relative, and friends.
