oving ribute “Mama’s Lessons” Dear Mama, Thank you for our lessons:

You taught us that no matter how hard life got, “Jesus is the answer to any problem, just call on Him.” You showed us how to ‘praise our way through’ hurts, pains, disappointments, and concerns. “God’s got it; He’s a way maker! I trust God, and I bless His Holy Name.” We grew to adults, and when our lives became busy with children, work and other life issues: You reminded us, “Don’t forget God, give God your time.” “read and study His Word.” “find a church home and don’t just go, ask, ‘what can you do for God’s House?’ and do it.” Mama, in word and action, you walked a Saved, Sanctified and Holy Ghost filled life. You told us, “Live for God or live for the devil, but make up your mind because God will not be mocked!” As we gathered around you for the last time: You praised God, you thanked Him for being so good to you and then you went on to Glory. Farewell Old Soldier, Farewell Servant of God, Farewell Mama, until we meet again in Glory. Father God, thank you for our loving mother and Your “Rose.”

Love Forever, Rickey, Diane, Sandra, and Bonnie

Granny:

Thanks for all the times you said, “yes,” and when you were silent, we knew that meant “no.” Thanks for giving us your best, and always encouraging us to grow. We will love you FOREVER, so we want to let you know, you got your wings in Heaven, so we guess we’ll let you go. With Everlasting Love ~
