ur recent AGM and Conference was a wonderful event and it was great to spend time catching up with members. Great weather, great locations and great cows coupled with great company certainly was the order of the day For me there where two standout moments that demonstrated the passion and love for the Jersey cow. Two moments from two contrasting members at vastly difference phases in their dairying careers. Commitment can come in many ways and one cannot value appropriately the long-term ongoing commitment from our President Chris Mackenzie to the Jersey Cow, Jersey Australia and you the members. Shock and surprise combined with stunned humble pride, on receiving a much deserved Distinguished Service Award, is certainly a small description of a man who has spent a lifetime dedicated to the Jersey breed. People don’t typically volunteer their time to the things they believe in for personal recognition and Chris is certainly in this category. Breeding cows can be a highly passionate emotional journey and to be awarded champion cow from a field of champion cows in an incredible achievement. The raw emotion and humility shown by Owen Barry in accepting the award for Champion Mature Cow and to follow this with Supreme Champion for the Great Australian Challenge is the moment that will stay with me quite some time. Well done to Chris and Owen. Two richly deserved award winners Congratulations to the Western Districts Club for hosting the membership for the conference. You should be proud of the conference and the vibrant atmosphere you create for members. To Daryl, Lynette and the organising team a huge thank you on behalf of all members. Milton Johnston is no stranger to members across the country having spent a lifetime breeding, promoting and supporting the Jersey breed.
A fourth-generation dairy farmer, Reece manages his parents’ mixed breed farm at Poowong Victoria and runs ATTAVIEW Jersey stud with wife Toni.
While recently selling his KADDY Jersey herd, Andrew Younger retains an ongoing passionate involvement in the Jersey Breed
Together with his brother and their families, Milton farms the INGALALA Jersey herd near Taree in Northern NSW, was a longtime board member of Jersey Australia and a senior judge having officiated at many shows across the country.
Reece is an experienced classifier and keen judge and is also the President of the Central Gippsland Jersey Breeders Club and has been a finalist and Oceania representative in the prestigious World Jersey Cattle Bureau JETA Award
Andrew is the current President of the Goulburn Murray Jersey Breeders Club in Northern Victoria and has recently been seen looking after the Alpacas at Wanstead Jerseys!

3-YEAR-OLD: Araluen Park Vanahlem Beauty 2 – Trevor Saunders & Anthea Day Judges’ Comments: The winner in this class displays a great combination of width throughout and lovely clean dairy morning. She has a clear advantage in width and overall capacity. Combine that with a snugger udder with an advantage in here attachments she was a clear winner in this class

Runner Up: Mikandan Barnabas Mabel 2390 – Marks Family 4-YEAR-OLD Winvarl Plus Diamond – Marks Family Judges’ Comments: This was a very close class, both cows had good dairyness and bone quality with well attached udders. When you break these cows down the winner was a little better balanced in the udder and had better rear teat placement than the cow in 2nd. Both cows you’d love to milk Runner Up: Jackiah Valentino Mimosa 2797 – Simon Reid 5-YEAR-OLD: Mikandan Vanahlems Belle 2259 – Graeme and Rohan Sprunt Judges’ Comments: In this class we had two different types of cows, one a powerhouse that displays a lot of capacity and a smaller cow that is very correct with clean dairy bone and a very snug udder. However, the extreme width, power and overall capacity throughout of our winner gets her to the top in this class. Combine that with her extreme height and width at the top of her rear udder she wins the class quite handily. Runner Up: Bralock Celebrity Molly – Cameron Yarnold Mature Cow: Woolvie 2276 – Owen Barry Judges’ Comments: In this class we have two long extreme dairy cows that you must admire. However, our 2nd placed cow you could almost say is dairy to a fault, she has extremely clean dairy bone, but she doesn’t quite have that overall width, capacity and balance that our winner displays. She also shows a clear advantage in the height and width at the top of her rear udder and the way her fore udder attaches. Runner Up: Mikandan Surefires Mabel 2190 – Marks Family

1969 was a monumental year across the globe. The Beatles had their last public concert, the Concorde took to the air for the 1st time, Woodstock came to define a generation, Neil Armstrong took man’s 1st step on the moon and the Australian Jersey Journal was published for the very 1st time. Woodstock could never be repeated, and the Beatles are nothing but a memory, the truthfulness of the moon landing is often debated, and the Concorde is now a museum piece leaving the Australian Jersey Journal as truly standing the test of time from the heady years of 1969. Fifty Years is a monumental achievement and Jersey Australia will celebrate this with a special 50th Anniversary Full Colour edition. We will look back through the archives are some of the more interesting stories published in the journals and here from some of the people involved over time in putting the Jersey Journal to print. AGM WRAP
The 2019 Conference and AGM was a resounding success with members from around the country converging on Warrnambool to celebrate the wonderful Jersey Breed and our Association. Over 100 members and guests from across the country enjoyed the farm visits, celebrations and meeting across the conference. It was great to see a high level of spirit and enthusiasm amongst members. The conference started at Cairnbrae Jersey with hosts Janine and Alan Carson warm welcome and a great lunch provided by AGRIGENE. With Graeme Heaver and Rob Only on the BBQ, members enjoyed a delicious lunch before converging over in the paddocks to inspect some of amazing cows in the Cairnbrae herd where a couple of members may have been spied getting a selfie with the IDW 2019 Champion Following lunch and a herd inspection member moved onto Jireh Jerseys of Chris and Pam Mackenzie’s. A great bunch of cows were set aside for a herd inspection and there is never a more passionate Jersey breeder than our President to talk us through his herd. Members then proceeded through to Warrnambool with a planned afternoon tea stop at Timboon Ice Cream however some members did mange to get lost on the way and stop to gather their bearings at Timboon Railway Shed distillery. Dinner in the evening was a celebration of the host clubs 75th Anniversary. Our congratulations to the Western Districts Jersey Breeders Club. It was a fantastic trip down memory lane as tales or yesteryear regaled the audience and was great to many pioneers of the local club in attendance.

Jane Sykes was among members who enjoyed aquick stop at the Timboon Distillery Tasting.
Day 2 started at Green Pines Jersey where our hosts Greg and Leesa Bryce show us through their herd. The quality of cows on show was again of the highest order before members moved onto Wanstead Jersey. Host Roger and Amanda Heath have a great herd of highquality jersey cows and an alpaca (or was that a llama) for the members to walk through. Our compliments to Amanda and her team Daryl Bryce – Western Districts Club for the amazing lunch President provided. Our final day started with Professor Ben Boyd providing us an update on progress on his research into the use of milk as a carrier and inhibitor for vaccines. Our AGM was conducted where we not only welcomed 2 new board members Wayne Kuhne and Jamie Drury but also acknowledged and thanked retiring members Tim Beattie and Sarah Hill for their commitment to Jersey Australia. Our conference finished with lunch at Mt Pleasant Jerseys of Daryl, Leesa and Tim Bryce’s and a great BBQ lunch provided by the ANZ Bank.

Jersey Australia Awards Distinguished Service – Chris MacKenzie Chris Mackenzie (pictured) can be characterized for his passion and dedication for the Jersey Breed and as one who is not afraid to put his hand up to drive the message that the Jersey Cow is the best in the industry. He has had a long involvement with Jersey committee’s including his local Jersey clubs, Vic branch and Jersey Australia, holding numerous executive roles during this time including his current role as President of the Assocation. Chris, wife Pam and family operate the Jireh Jersey stud in Cooriemungle in Western Victoria, registering since 1987. Chris enjoys showing his cattle, exhibiting at many of his local shows, Melbourne Royal, IDW and On Farm Challenges and also founding the Jersey Futurity class at IDW. The family are big supporters of multi-vendor sales, with one of their animals being top price at IDW in recent years. It was a pleasure for Jersey Australia to award Chris with a Distinguished Service award in recognition of all his hard work and commitment to the Jersey Breed.
50 Year Stud Award - Green Pines Jerseys Daryl and Leesa Bryce were the founders of the Green Pines Jersey Stud but in 2000, Daryl ‘retired’ to what he thought was a nice spot in Warrnambool. However, he still did a bit of milking after his elder son Greg who now owns and operates the stud. The herd is synonymous with high quality cows and has also had great success in its time in the bull game with the award-winning AI bull Green Pines Dante (GANT). Green Pines continues to this day to produce highly classified and productive Jersey cattle.
75 Year Stud Award – Wanstead Jerseys Wanstead Jerseys came into being as the brainchild of Mrs. Elsie Heath and her young son Mr. Peter Heath Snr and many of the cow families they purchased are still present in the herd today. Peter Heath Snr and his wife Mrs Jean Wright and continued with the Wanstead Jersey stud and were very regular exhibitors at the Melbourne Royal where they had lots of success. The stud passed through the hands of his son Peter Heath Jnr and is now run by grandson Roder Heath. Roger, his wife Amanda and family are very proud to see Wanstead Jerseys get to the 75-year mark and look forward to the future whatever it may bring including the hope of increasing the size of the herd to 400cows.
50 Year Stud Award – Cairnbrae Jerseys Situated in South West Victoria, Cairnbrae Jerseys was founded in 1946 by William and Marabel Carson with foundation cows inherited from Marabel’s parents Maxon Jersey Stud. Today the stud is run by Alan and Janine Carson who are both active members of Jersey Australia. The couple are passionate about the Jersey cow and this year saw a lifelong dream fulfilled when they took home Jersey Supreme Champion with Cairnbrae Valentino Daisy 11 at International Dairy Week in January. This capped a great year for Daisy 11 having classified 94 and topped the ABV list. Cairnbrae is also a prolific breeder of bulls for AI companies and have bred some of the legendary AI bulls of the modern era
Around the Grounds Governance and Leadership Workshop In June Jersey Australia hosted a Governance and Leadership workshop where members of our board and club leaders where joined by board and leaders from Ayrshire Australia, Illawarra Australia, Guernsey Australia, Holstein Australia, Aussie Red Breeds and the NHIA in a 2-day workshop at Dairy House. The workshop was facilitated by Board and Governance consultant Stuart Horsborough and provided and in-depth program on the role and responsibilities of the Association, Board and Management.
Membership Development Program Jersey Australia is pleased to announce the launch of its new Membership Development program that encourages clubs and members through the sharing of initial membership and service fee revenues to be more proactive in supporting new members in joining Jersey Australia The program is a direct outcome of last year’s strategy and planning meeting where investing in membership development and the appointment of a field officer to support increasing membership was considered a priority. While engaging a field officer is a little beyond our current financial means, providing promotional grants and incentives to clubs and individuals is a reward incentive to clubs and members for support membership growth. 2nd combined ‘Autumn On Farm Challenge’ competition In May, South and Central Gippsland hosted their 2nd combined 'Autumn On Farm Challenge' competition. Special thanks to Glen Gordon 'Gorbro Holsteins' for judging. There were 87 entries from 18 exhibitors, with the maximum number of head allowed per farm being 6. We would like to make a special shout out to our event sponsors; Genetics Australia including Kelsie Hore as the photographer. Reid Stockfeeds, including Kim Price driving on day 2, Provico and also to Colin Dowel for driving on Day 1. Presentation night was held at Poowong Footy rooms, with approximately 40 in attendance, they enjoyed a meal catered for by the Poowong Football club.

Recently a combined meeting / discussion between our two clubs was held at Poowong with the discussion focused on the recent changes to our breeding values and how those changes have affected sires BPI’s. YOUNG BREEDERS ENTER THE BIG TIME
W
estern Victorian farmers Owen and Carlie Barry says he’s not a big-time stud breeder but his success this year means he might be selling himself a bit short. Their Woolvie Galaxies 2276 was named Supreme Champion at this year’s Jersey Australia/Semex Great Australian Challenge, by far his greatest success in seven years of competing. With typical farmer modesty, Owen praises those who had the herd before him for laying the foundations for success. “We just poke along and do our thing,” he said. “We’re not big-time breeders but we’re trying to create a brand and develop a cow that is a good milking cow, is good looking with plenty of type and appeal and longevity is a key.” The judges had no qualms about praising Woolvie Galaxies 2276, which was also named the best mature cow. One of the judges, Andrew Younger, said she was a clear standout winner. “She was a capacious cow with a well-attached udder and showed what she should for the age of the cow.

She was the oldest cow in her class but she held her form really well. “She’s recently had another calf and still looks good.” Apart from pleasing the judges, Woolvie Galaxies 2276 is a good cow on the home front. “She’s a good producer and she’s fairly fertile and has had a calf every year,” Owen said. Owen and Carlie continues to progress the stud and will continue entering competitions. “We’re developing different families in the stud. I’m not that advanced yet; I don’t have names for them, I just run on numbers.” It has been a big year for Owen and Carlie. Earlier this year they moved onto their first purchased farm at Carpendeit while continuing to lease a farm at Weerite. They are also expecting their third child. At 38, owning a farm fulfils a longheld ambition for Owen and, somewhat

THE KEY TO SUCCESS What’s the key to making a good cheese? Dan McCaul stirring pure Jersey Milk.
A
good Jersey milk, according to Dan McCaul from Alexandrina Cheese on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia and as a thirdgeneration cheesemaker he’s calls on plenty of experience in reaching that conclusion. “The milk is the main ingredient we have control over,” Dan says. “We still get curveballs with the weather but making our products from Jersey milk has always been part of our story, and our most important marketing advantage.” Alexandrina Cheese’s story stems back to 1973 when George and Cathe Manowski purchased a 111-hectare farm at Mount Jagged, although family connections to cheesemaking can be traced back as far as 1902. Second generation farmers Krystyna McCaul (née Manowski) and Dan McCaul joined the business in the 70s and third generation farmer Rebekah McCaul joined in 2001. Today the business has the equivalent of eight full-time staff, with a total pool of 20 employees on the books for busy times, but it’s still largely a family affair. Crystelle McCaul, 87, wife of Kevin who moved to South Australia in the 1960s to become a superintendent of cheese factories, is still involved sewing caps and cheesecloths. Krystyna McCaul remembers their first milking was a handful of Jersey cows. ‘Buttercup 6’ calved in the pouring rain a few days later and the nucleus of the original ‘Jul-Krys Dairy Farm’ Jersey herd was purchased within the first six months. The Mt Compass Jersey Cattle Club was a wonderful supporter to the family since the beginning, and the family returns the favour with Krystyna’s daughter Rebekah assisting as the club’s secretary. The majority of the farm is used for dry land grazing, with six hectares irrigated for the 80 Jersey cows. Dan said Jerseys were always part of the farm. “Early in the piece they had a few Friesians but the Jerseys shone out on the long, dry summers and out-performed the Friesians “Their milk is high protein and has a high butter fat. That improves the yield

and we can get up to 14 per cent yield from the milk for our cheddar, even higher for the semi-hard cheeses. “There are other benefits; the taste and the colour and the fact that it’s digested differently because the fat and protein are much bigger.” “We use jersey milk because it tastes rich, creamy and luxurious.” The threat of dairy deregulation in 2000 promoted the McCaul family to go into on-site cheese production, taking the risk of borrowing money to establish the processing plant. Rebekah, now the company’s marketing manager, explains. “We wanted to keep farming, and we wanted to stay living in this fantastic area, and we wanted to maintain family traditions, which are very important to us. This had been Krystyna’s parents place, and Dan’s father was a once-valued cheese maker, besides it had been sad seeing such lovely Jersey milk going into the general pool.” “Without doing something different we wouldn’t be dairying on the area we had,” Dan added. Today all processing is done on site, with the milk transferred from their herringbone dairy to the factory about 800 metres away in a tanker pulled by a tractor on cheese making days. The first process is pasteurisation, then the cream is separated from the milk. Once the milk is standardised it enters an open vat, whereby fermentation begins after the starter culture is added, and coagulation occurs after the rennet enzyme is added. Each variety of cheese, cheddar, edam, gouda, romano, pepato and feta, has a different processing method. They make cheese in an open-vat and adhere to age old handmade methods, passed from first generation cheesemaker Jerry McCaul who started in 1902. Dan and Krystyna established Alexandrina Cheese in 2001. Their children all have some involvement in the business, and their grandchildren are also learning the trade. They spent more than a decade researching the dairy food manufacturing business, while also learning on the technical assistance of Kevin McCaul. After starting to make cheese on April 10, 2001, the family continued to supply part of their milk to National Foods until 2006, as a financial safety measure as the business was consolidating, but since then have used all their milk in making premium Jersey products, ranging from semi hard and hard-style jersey cheese, as well as feta, and gourmet shred, double cream, crème fraiche, ricotta, yoghurt and bottled milk. Jerseys have been the cornerstone of Alexandrina Cheese’s success.

Rebekah says the smaller cow uses fewer natural resources and produces a small carbon footprint. “We can operate our farm sustainably and also utilise regenerative farming practices, farming in a natural way without chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics,” she said. “We use grazing-based dairy farming and when we do tastings, we like to highlight that our cows are grass-fed, which is really important,” Dan adds. “Our cows on average produce more than 4-5 times their body weight in milk each lactation and they are exceptionally good grazers, are superbly quiet, calve easily usually without any assistance, and have a wonderful structural endurance and longevity.” Every cow has a special place as part of the business– and a name. There is a chef family with names such as Maggie, Delia and Poh, an S family including Spot, Splodge and Speck, and a Z family with Zeta, Zelda and Zora. There are rock cows – Ruby, Emerald and Diamond, and rock star cows Madonna, Whitney and Kylie. “They get looked after very well,” Dan said. “I always say we take everything to them on a silver platter. This year has been tough with a long dry winter and early spring but we’ve got rain now and they’re out grazing and seem to be much happier.” Alexandrina Cheese produces only

800kg of cheese a week, keeping the hardstyle Jersey cheese and luxury Jersey dairy products as a niche market, premiumpriced product. Most of the cheddar is sold at 12 months old. Specialty green grocers and cheese shops are their main outlets, although about one third of their sales come from an on-farm shop. The response from consumers has been one of the company’s biggest successes, and mentioning the Jersey connection is always a priority. “We have an overwhelmingly supportive customer base, both those who frequent our retail farm shop and about 30 stockists who order from us week after week,” Rebekah said. With trade partner, Cheese Culture, the products are now available in Victoria and NSW. The quality of the produce was recognised in 2014 with the Grand Dairy Award best milk in Australia and best cheddar in 2015. Alexandrina Cheese continues to look to improve production efficiencies, install more renewable resources, improve profitability, and develop and launch new varieties of cheese. And they continue to appeal to discerning tastes, both young and old. “It’s pleasing that children of customers come back for another piece,” Dan said. “That’s a good indication it’s something nice to eat.”

Jersey Island My time ‘On the ROCK’
elling my first bull into AI gave me the best opportunity! ‘Inverlair Heights CSC Ferrari’ funded my lifelong dream to travel to Jersey Island! A few reasons made me decide to bring my 40th birthday prezzie to myself a year forward, but one of the deciding factors was attending Wendy Seargents funeral. Wendy always supported me with all my Cow loving adventures and she made me realise just how precious life can be and to just go ahead and book my trip. RIP Wendy, you are missed! Leaving my kids and the farm for a month was hard, but I feel incredibly lucky to have finally had the chance to do some more travelling overseas. As well as Jersey Island I was able to find ‘Inverlair’ in the Scottish Highlands, this property is where my Great Great Great Grandfather farmed

in Scotland 80 years before my Dad was born! Such a surreal experience to walk the land my ancestors farmed from 1846 to1860, before they made the big move to Australia! I was very lucky that a farming friend from home was living over in Scandinavia and joined me for Scotland, Jersey, Spain and Portugal, we then parted ways and I cruised the Greek Islands and visited Dubai en route to home. Sara Scott had been to Jersey Island twice before but jumped at the chance to head back to the Rock! There were two people who made our time at Jersey perfect.... a HUGE thanks to Derrick Frigot past President of the World Jersey Cattle Bureau and Steve Le Feuvre the current WJCB President. Derrick and Steve drove us around all 12 parishes of Jersey, I was awestruck most of the time as we weaved up and down tiny little roads, flashing other cars as a courtesy to let them pass (not like in Australia as a danger warning etc!!!) Some of the roads are only just wide enough to fit one car through, luckily our drivers knew the roads so well and were used to the conditions, so the cars remained intact and only once did Derrick try and drive off on Sara as she was still half out of the car taking photos! Our first visit was to ‘Ansom’ Jerseys, I don’t think anyone in the Jersey world would have not heard of Anne Perchard, I was lucky enough to meet her on her WJCB trips to Australia over the years. She did so much for
the breed. Meeting her family was fantastic. Anne’s son Robbie and his son Tom gave us a tour of the girls as they were eating morning tea. It was a lovely fresh Spring day and the Cows were all still housed in doors. A very impressive setup and it was obvious the impact of importing genetics from the all over the world has improved their herd. Tom said the most influential bull in their herd is ‘Action’ They used him heavily following the legalisation of semen importation. He bred extremely consistently and really clicked with their Cows as well as improving production significantly. Other sires Tom mentioned who have also had a big influence are Iatola, Sultan and DJ May. All of them lifted production, added stature and dairyness and really improved udders! More recently they have been really pleased with their Joel daughters who have been extremely consistent and outstanding udders. Not surprising when you see his dam Tom stated ‘Fermar Paramount Joy’, who is an absolutely incredible cow! The Perchards are also really happy with their early Chrome daughters who are not only easy on the eye but also putting a lot of litres in the tank. They are now using Craze heavily and really like his pedigree and genomic numbers. They are also using a lot of genomic Viking bulls with the primary aim of increasing fat and protein but also with an increased focus on health traits and daughter fertility. The Perchards are currently milking 280 cows but are in the process of increasing to 350 over the next 18 months. Lots of investment going on, including extending there milking parlour to 14 a side from 10 a side. They are also looking at building another young stock shed for the growing number of heifers. Tom is partners with his Dad Robbie in the business and he is the 3rd generation

of the Perchard family to farm their after his grandparents purchased the property in 1957. He considers himself extremely fortunate to have been given the opportunity and is hopeful that he can give his 3 kids the same opportunity should any of them wish to give dairy farming a go in the future. After a busy morning we met up with Steve and enjoyed a yummy lunch, I was not game to try the ‘Jersey beef’ but did enjoy some Jersey Royal Potatoes (although they were the greenhouse grown ones during Winter so not as good as ones grown in the fields.) Derrick would leave us in the afternoons in the trusty hands of Steve, they are a great combination as Derrick could go home for his afternoon nap!!! :) and Steve could work the mornings and then be our tour guide in the afternoons! Steve toured us to ‘Westlands’ where his Jerseys are owned. The standouts to me were the Bransons, Rileys and Oliver P’s. We enjoyed our tour around their milking and dry barn, calf rearing facilities and surrounding setups. That evening we were treated to a delicious Seafood dinner with Robbie and Jo Perchard, Steve and Derrick. Day 2 consisted of another lovely drive around Jersey, a spot of shopping where of course I bought a Jersey Granite pendant necklace and a visit to the bronze Jersey Statues in St Helier (capitol city of Jersey)! Our next herd visit was to ‘Elite Jerseys’ John, Sarah and John James Le Feuvre. Getting to see the current Island Champion Cow ‘Natalie’s Flash Queen’ in the flesh and grazing in the field was amazing, she is the third Island Supreme Champion close up in her maternal line. Derrick and John breed and own the ‘Natalie’s’ and the ‘Day Dreams’ ( joint ownership with a half share each) She is due to Tanya and Sara with the Jersey Sculptors

Sarah said that of the early international sires available to use on the Island, Action was definitely the bull who worked best for them. Today they are using Viral, Dazzler, Nuance, Joel, Barcelona, Casino, Barnabas and Chrome. The Le Feuvre family have been breeding cows since 1938, with emphasis on type, longevity and profitability. Cattle have been exported across the world and many prize winners have been produced! They rate the importance of Cow families as paramount to their breeding programs and decisions. While their animals are housed through winter, their diet is based on a combination of grass and maize silage, fodder beet and whole crop. Sarah and John took us all out for a lovely lunch before Steve toured us around the West side of the island where we saw views of Alderney, Sark and Guernsey, also felt like home with the crazy wind almost blowing us off the cliff! I was lucky enough to spend some time at the Jersey War Tunnels, the island was under German control during the war and the tunnels were a hospital back in 1945, very sad that some farmers had only 48 hrs notice to evacuate their land to flee from the Island. My journey to ‘the Rock’ was all that I imagined it would be, thank you so much to our fantastic tour guides and hosts. A trip I will never forget! This is an exciting opportunity for Australia’s Dairy Youth to learn and compete at this prestigious competition. The opportunity has been brought together with the combined support and sponsorship of Jersey Australia, Holstein Australia, RASV, Genetics Australia, ST Genetics Australia, Dick Smith, Gardiner Dairy Foundation, Dairy Australia, Gippsland Dairy Youth and Royal Melbourne Show The RASV is looking to rejuvenate the dairy cow section at the Royal Melbourne Show and have a planned full suite of dairy classes at the 2019 Royal Melbourne Show with $20,000.00 in prize money across the youth and dairy cattle shows.
