COMMUNION OFFERING: CHRISTMAS IN JULY This month's communion offering is for Christmas in July, which provides school supplies for children in need in Williamson and Davidson Counties. This year, we hope to fill 800 backpacks. You can give during Communion in the offering plates or text BUMCCOM and a dollar amount to 28950 (ex. BUMCCOM 50). If this is your first time giving through text, you will receive a text back with information on how to register.

JUBILATION TOUR SEND-OFF CONCERT

Sunday, June 3, 4 p.m., Chapel Invite your friends and family to this free concert put on by our 7th-9th grade Jubilation Choir before they head out on their summer tour to North and South Carolina. Please be in prayer for them as they travel and share God's love this summer!

SUMMER SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sundays, 9:30-10:45 a.m. This summer, Children's Sunday school is teaching different character traits and talking about what it means to have good character. Student Ministry is doing a series called "Beyond the Walls," featuring faith conversations with different guest speakers. Bring your children to join in the conversations in the Children's wing or in the Tabernacle!

Sunday, June 10, 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., BUMC Parking Lot Donate at BUMC to help save lives! There will be 2 Red Cross Bloodmobiles in the parking lot next Sunday. In order to donate, you must: be at least 17 years old; weigh at least 110 pounds; be in good health; be cleared by the Red Cross to donate; and present a photo ID or your Red Cross donor card. SAVE THE DATE: LOVE IN DEED GOLF SCRAMBLE

Monday, August 13 Save the date for our annual golf scramble benefitting Love In Deed, our community day of service. All proceeds raised will benefit 2 of our projects: Rise Against Hunger, which assembles nutritional food packages for those who are suffering from hunger all over the world, and UMCOR, which assembles emergency health kits for people affected by natural disasters.
