COMMUNION OFFERING: HOUSING INITIATIVE This month's communion offering is for the Housing Initiative. So far we've raised $16,264 toward our $35,000 goal to cover the cost of building materials for the Brown family's new home through Habitat for Humanity. You can give during Communion in the offering plates or text BUMCCOM and a dollar amount to 28950 (ex. BUMCCOM 50). If this is your first time giving through text, you will receive a text back with information on how to register.

Saturday, May 12, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., BUMC Explore the role of mindfulness in our spiritual lives at this daylong retreat. Dr. Monicah Muhomba (PhD., HSP, psychologist at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System) will lead us in exploring our own spiritual wellness practices. Cost is $30.
