THE BEAM August 11 - 17, 2013

LIVING like Jesus, bringing JOY to God

New Sermon Series Begins Today Luke: A Gospel for Everyone For 10 weeks this fall, senior pastor Dr. Davis Chappell will lead us through a powerful, personal portrait of Jesus as seen in the orderly account by physician-author, Luke. Come experience this gospel’s unique point of view where compassion is central, the worldly order is turned upside down, and prayer and the Holy Spirit’s power change people and circumstances. Invite a friend to join you! Today is Promotion Sunday! Sunday, August 11 All students (7th - 12th) and children (preschool - 6th grade) will move up to their new class based on their age or grade. If you did not receive an email with class room numbers, you can find out where to take your child by going to: • the white Nursery desk by Chapel (infants - 4th grade) • the gym (5th & 6th) • the Cafe (7th - 12th)
