If you don’t attend a particular class or worship service, or if the designated time isn’t convenient, you may attend any time. The race will take place in the Harvest Hands neighborhood. Overall male and female winner will receive a 1-year supply of Humphreys Street Coffee and WOW! Soap. Disciple Bible Studies for 2013-2014 Register now online or by calling Paula Cryan at 373-3663! Disciple Bible Study is a program of intensive, disciplined Bible study [30-45 min. each day] that meets for 2 hours over 32-34 weeks. Disciple I is the prerequisite for all other Disciple Bible Studies. Jesus in the Gospels: a comparative study of all for gospel narratives. Gail is donating 25% of the proceeds of the sale to BUMC. Current 4th, 5th & 6th Grade Bridge Retreat Thursday, July 25 - Sunday, July28 Each summer HWY 56 hosts a retreat as a time of fellowship and fun as well as transition for our 4th and 6th graders. They will go to Nashville Shores, work with a variety of organizations to serve others in our community, and spend the day at Camp Hillmont learning about the idea of Story and how our individual stories are important and part of God’s story. 6th graders will have their own time overnight to bond with each other and with Neal Wilkinson, the Middle School Youth Director. Autumn Haiti Trip - $150 Deposit Due by the end of July October 10 - 15, 2013 (Williamson County Fall Break) Our team is now forming to work with Restore Haiti and Restoration Church of Jacmel. The trip involves medical, music and some construction. Estimated cost is $1,400. Flight deposit of $150 due by the end of July and the balance due by the first of September. Over the past 5 years our BUMC families have provided over 2,500 backpacks and approximately 350,000 school supplies. Our goal this year is providing 500 back packs and supplies. See you at the Tree! Mexico Mission Trip September 13 – 22 Join BUMC and Belmont UMC to work, worship and learn about GYTTE , www.gytte.org, a vital ministry of the Global Board of the UMC.
