THE BEAM June 1 - 7, 2014
Today, we celebrate the heroes of our Caring Ministries! We say a big THANK YOU to our Caring Heroes who have given of themselves in the name of Christ! Offering the hope of Christ in the midst of brokenness and loss. “We love because he first loved us.” — 1 John 4:19
Sunny Day Club
Each month, over 300 Caring Ministry Heroes offer the hope of Christ to members of our church and community. They care for those dealing with broken relationships, death, grief, addiction, dementia, loneliness, job loss, long-term illness, recovery from surgery, and more. They are called, gifted, and needed—and so are you! To find out more about how you can serve in Caring Ministries, stop by the table in the Narthex, or go to www.bumc.net/serving.
