Communion Offering www.bumc.net/MyAccess The communion offering will go toward the BUMC Prison Ministry and Community Outreach Ministries. BUMC’s Prison Ministry makes disciples through relationships with men and women who are incarcerated or returning to free society. Community Outreach Ministries offers help, hope and healing to the broken and wounded of the Franklin community. You can give during the service through the offering plates or text BUMCCOM and a dollar amount to 28950 (ex. BUMCCOM 50). If this is your first time giving through text, you will receive a text back with information on how to register.

Called Charge Conference There will be a called Charge Conference on Sunday, June 5 at 12:30 pm in Room A291 to elect church leaders for the coming year.

Everyone has a story, whether it’s your faith testimony, a meaningful experience, a story of your great grandfather, or a love story. In conjunction with our new sermon series, we will be collecting stories to share across various platforms as a way to inspire and build community among us. We want to know you and your story. Jubilation Choir Send-Off Concert www.bumc.net/JubiTour Sunday, June 5, 4 pm, Sanctuary Help send off our 7th – 9th grade Jubilation Choir as they travel to St. Louis, MO, June 6-10. They will visit retirement communities, juvenile facilities and homeless shelters to sing and share God’s blessings with each resident. The concert will include a guest choir, the Pensacola Children’s Chorus.

Red Cross Blood Drive www.RedCrossBlood.org Sunday, June 12, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm Help us reach our goal of 40 units of blood for the American Red Cross. Harvest Hands 9:15 - 11:15 am Harvest Hands is looking for Morning Mentors to assist the summer staff to complete reading enrichment activities. High School students only. 61st Avenue UMC 8:30 am - 12:00 noon We’ll be serving in Project Transformation’s reading program, reading one-on-one with elementary-aged kids to help them maintain reading skills.
