Missions & Outreach For more info on all missions call David Ssebulime at 615-324-7222. March Focus: Housing Initiative Among the ways the people of BUMC live out their faith is through giving towards and volunteering for build projects that are used as homes and spaces for ministry. Locally and globally, we have built homes, hospitals, playgrounds, and churches; and we hope to do more. • These unique projects have prepared us to launch a year–round BUMC housing initiative through which we will continue to work with our local neighbors towards affordable housing, spaces for effective ministry, and community and human development. • Beyond Nashville, we will continue to support efforts to establish safe spaces for educating children, community worship, healing and much more. • In the coming weeks and months you will have the opportunity to learn about the details of our 2015 Housing Initiative. • Our 2015 spring build partner is Habitat for Humanity in Fairview and our fall build will be with Harvest Hands in South Nashville.
