Graceworks Needs You This Saturday to Help Stock Shelves After Postal Service Food Drive This Saturday, May 11, Graceworks is in need of lots of extra hands to help stock the shelves with the canned goods collected by the mail carriers. This is a great way for families to serve! Shifts are 9-noon and 1-4 pm. Graceworks is located at 104 Southeast Pkwy in Franklin.

A Keyboard Kaleidoscope: Patsy Wade & Gregg Bunn In Concert May 19, Sanctuary, 4:00 pm BUMC pianist, Patsy Wade, and organist, Gregg Bunn, join forces on the Sanctuary’s Bösendorfer grand piano and mighty pipe organ for a concert of sacred & classical keyboard solos and duets. In addition, they will collaborate with other BUMC instrumentalists for a concert not to be missed. Show Our Staff How Much They Are Appreciated! Please join the Staff Parish Relations Committee in celebration of and gratitude for our BUMC staff and their commitment and support of our church family. Everyone is encouraged to send a note of appreciation to a staff member whose service has impacted you or your family. For your convenience, notecards will be available in the Narthex and in Sunday School classes on May 5 and May 12 and a “Mailbox” will remain in the Lobby all that week. If you would prefer, you may send an email note of thanks with the subject BUMC Staff to Robin Steaban at rsteaban@comcast.net. The notes will be hand delivered during Staff Appreciation Week, May 12 - 17. As a congregation, let us pray specifically for each of our staff and praise God for their work and service in building His kingdom. Teach a Summer Sunday! Eager-to-learn preschool and elementary kids need teachers for summer Sunday School at BUMC. If you can help one Sunday from May 26 through August 4, please contact Beth Lentchner (elementary) at blentchner@bumc.net or Holly Fisher (preschool) at hfisher@bumc.net. All materials are provided and curriculum is easy to follow.
