This is Commitment Weekend During worship today you’ll have an opportunity to bring your commitment card to the altar where you can dedicate to God your offering of prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness. If you didn’t bring your commitment card, you’ll find a card and envelope in the bulletin for your convenience. You may also make your commitment on-line by going to bumc.net/pledgeform. Just imagine what God can do when we fully entrust our lives and resources to him!

The Nexus Chamber Orchestra: “Cello Fest!” Sunday, November 17 (Chapel) at 4 PM Come join us for the final concert in the 2013 Third Sunday Concert Series by the Nexus Chamber Orchestra, entitled “Cello Fest!”. This concert will feature Nashville instrumentalists Nick Gold and Sari Reist as soloists in two works for cello and chamber orchestra: Antonio Vivaldi’s “Concerto for Two Cellos” and Franz Joseph Haydn’s “Cello Concerto in D Major.” It is free and open to the public! Awakening Service Communion Servers Needed The Awakening Communion Server team (9:50) is in need of more hands! This is a great area to serve your BUMC family! Registration Ends Soon for BUMC’s 15th Mission Trip to Mexico Escape winter and travel to South Central Mexico January 4–12, 2014. BUMC and Belmont UMC will send a joint team to serve with Give Ye Them to Eat (GYTTE) (www.gytte.org ). The cost of the trip is around $1600 (includes travel).
