Week Four Prayer: Commitment LORD, thank you for the opportunity of sowing the seeds that you have provided to us. Fill us with gratitude for the privilege of using what belongs to You. Allow these seeds planted here to have wings and soar beyond our sight. We know that there is no end to what you can accomplish when we sow our “seeds with wings.” Help us to understand that when we devote our lives to the glory of God and the purposes of Christ, our existence on this earth will leave eternal marks. Amen.

In addition to pies, cakes, and breads, there will be Advent trees and Bible verses, place cards and holders to decorate your holiday table, holiday decor, handmade gift tags and greeting cards, hostess baskets, live potted plants and much more.

Special this year are BUMC logo 16 oz. Tervis tumblers. All proceeds of the Tumblers benefit BRIDGES of Williamson County and Bethlehem Center in Nashville. Cost is $20 each or 2 for $35. Also look for tables in the Breezeway near Haney Hall today.

Yoga Classes on Mondays & Fridays Yoga is enjoyed by people of all physical levels of ability and builds strength, flexibility and balance. BUMC Kids Sunday School Do you enjoy music and technology? Are you energetic and enjoy being around kids? Then BUMC Kids Ministry needs you on Sunday mornings at 9:30. We are looking for musicians, singers and those who are gifted with computer technology to help monitor sound and run the slide presentation. Ages 10th grade and up. Adoption Support The Adoption Support and Orphan/Foster Care Committee has a three-part focus of supporting families who are exploring and navigating the adoption process, encouraging BUMC foster families, and facilitating orphan care opportunities for our congregation. Our vision for our congregation is to embrace caring for God’s most vulnerable children in some way by serving the least of these.
