Workshop to Prevent Falls in Senior Adults Mondays, 10 am - noon, through November 17 Falls are the primary cause of injury in older adults. “Stepping On” is an evidence-based 7-week workshop designed to facilitate strategies and exercises to prevent falls in adults over 60. Cancer Support Partners in Hope Companions in the Journey of Cancer is comprised of male and female cancer survivors who meet on the second Saturday of each month. This group is open to the public and welcomes all survivors whether or not they are currently in treatment. Normally we meet at BUMC but occasionally we go out to lunch. The purpose of the group is to support each other, exchange helpful information, and talk through topics and concerns shared by survivors.
