Growing Disciples of Christ Who Know Him, Love Him, and Serve Him

A Weekly Newsletter of Brentwood United Methodist Church

This Month in Worship All Saints Weekend Saturday, November 5 and Sunday, November 6 On this weekend we will reflect on all who have gone before us, and now abide in the “great cloud of witnesses.” All those who have died in the past year from our family of faith will be named in the weekend services and a rose will be displayed in their honor.

“Extravagant Generosity” packets were mailed Oct. 26 so you should receive yours this week. Please take some time to look at the contents and prayerfully decide what commitment God would have you make. You may bring your completed financial and serving commitment cards to worship any weekend during November. You may also view the serving opportunities catalog and fill out your commitment cards on-line at www.bumc.net/generosity. A great tool to help you prioritize your giving is automatic bank draft. If you are interested in this option you may indicate this on your commitment card or contact Joyce Brown, 324-7246, jbrown@bumc.net. A vibrant, growing congregation depends on the generosity of its members and friends to thrive. Thank you for your extravagant generosity.
