LIVE WELL: EMOTIONAL WELLNESS THROUGH ANXIETY

Wednesdays beginning October 4, 6:30 – 8 p.m. Do you suffer from anxiety? Have you been told to "let go and let God"? Anxiety has biological causes and is not the result of an inability to "let go."
