HEAL THE BAY
The "Heal the Bay" event today was very fun and was worth the service!!! I was able to meet new friends from different schools of our division AND at the same time, I was helping our environment at the same time!!! What could be better than that??? It was an absolutely fun event and I do hope that our Key Club can help "heal the bay" in the near future!!! After the cleanup, the DCM for January was held. The division, as a group, did some ICEBREAKERS and… I WAS ABLE TO MEET THE NEW LIEUTENANT GOV.!!!! *Squeals inside* Well, overall, the Heal the Bay event was a very enjoyable event and I do hope that more similar division events will happen soon!!! -Lia Kim

MEMBER OF THE MONTH
Congrats to John Park for becoming Member of the Month for the month of January 2015! John Park has shown his passion and spirit for Key Club through his service! John Park attended this month’s Heal the Bay Division event and was very active, doing his part very seriously while having fun! John has been attending Division Council Meetings as well! John is very kind hearted and goofy guy who will always want to do his best at whatever has to do. John Marshall Key Club members have seen this side of him and this is why John is the chosen member of the month. We all hope that he will become more active as a member of Key Club and continues to serve for the community with the rest of the wolf pack!

This month, Grace attended Grace Y oo’s campaign for Los Angeles C ity Council and has gracefully led members to this event and ou r follow-‐up weekly club meeti ngs. Not only does Grace serve as a role model to other member s, she creates an impact amongst h er peers by opening up the do ors to the world of Key Club International to her friends and future of our club! As our Bullet in Editor, Grace puts togeth er creative and informative newsl etters every month yet she man ages to contribute to our club is many ways and we hop e she continues to prevail our hom e club as her following and fin al term approaches.
