Exhibition ends 31st May 2013 10.00 – 16.00 | Micklegate Bar | Normal admission prices apply Created in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee year, this exhibition looks at the ceremonial role played by Micklegate Bar in welcoming ruling monarchs and other members of the royal family to the city over the centuries. See archive video footage, hear dramatised accounts and explore some of the extraordinary tales of pomp and pageantry witnessed at the Bar over the years.
