This is the third unit in school and it is one of the shortest, and this is why we were working quickly. It also was kind of hard because we were also having homework in other subjects so it was an extremely busy unit. The best thing was that we learned a lot of themes. The more interesting for me was the one of collection letters because I know it is important to knew the steps of it and if in the future we work on a bank or a corporation that is involve in giving credit operations we must know a little bit of the topic. Also is interesting to know that companies send letters to other companies, but there also is a document created to express ideas inside the company to inform all the employees on it. Each thing we learned this unit I know will give me the necessary knowledge to develop my abilities when I become a business women and a successful employee to make my employer feel proud to have someone like me in his company.
