The electric machine is a key part of the electric vehicle. Furthermore, the switched reluctance motor takes a great deal of benefits contrasting with the other engine so it turns into the preferred machine. The switched reluctance motor drive framework structure is basically presented firstly in this paper, and after that the exploration advancement of it is compressed, including the switched reluctance motor drive outline, the control technique, the position identification innovation and the vibration and noise. INTRODUCTION SRD is an advanced mechatronics device. There are four basic parts in the SRD as shown in Figure l, namely, SRM, position sensor, power converter and control circuit. The SRM is the key part which outputs the mechanical energy, and its rotor and stator are both composed by salient poles. The power converter which is the power provider of the SRM connects the power source to the motor.[1] Numerous arrangements have been proposed for low-cost motor drives and the greater part of them rotate around the utilization of single-phase switched reluctance motor (SRM) with stopping permanent magnets on the stator and twoswitch-based asymmetric converter, or two-stage SRM with three-switch-based converter and single-stage permanentmagnet brushless dc engine drives with four-controllable-switch-based converter, to say a couple,[1] and different varieties in
the writing excessively various, making it impossible to say here. Utilization of single-stage and three-stage induction engines with four-controllableswitch-based inverters has been endeavored. A large number of these arrangements, however giving profoundly alluring execution, are yet to be held onto as their expense is so far inadmissible in the machine ventures. The components that are generally referred to in the business for not grasping the some time ago proposed arrangements are numerous. Some of these elements are given underneath, and these served as a compass for the creators to guide far from these worries in looking for answers for the minimal effort engine drives in the aggressive fragment of the apparatus industries.

Modelling of Dual Controlled Maglev ISP System Dommeti Rajesh, Jakkani Sivanaidu, Anusha Gunda, Mallikarjuna Rao Pasumarthi* Department of Electrical Engineering, A.U. College of Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, AP, India ABSTRACT High precision pointing is one of the most eminent features of an airborne remote image sensing system. To provide accurate Line of Sight (LOS), the gimbal actuation system torque disturbance rejection capability is approximately proportion to the bandwidth of the stabilization loop. This is limited by the structural resonance in large inertially stabilized platform (ISP). Compared with traditional mechanical ISP, magnetic suspension ISP (MSISP) can efficiently suppress high frequency of vibrations via a magnetic suspension bearing system with five degrees of flexibility between azimuth and pitch gimbals. Although, the force acting between rotor and stator will introduce combine torque to roll and pitch gimbals. On other hand, complex structure of the magnetically suspended gimballing introduces the parametric uncertainties into modeling of magnetic suspension force. The disturbance between the magnetic fields brings the un-modeled force into dynamics of magnetically suspended gimballing. In this paper, a magnetic levitated system is consider on top of two axis elevation over Azimuth gimbal system and modeled with all magnetic, frictional and Physical non- linarites are into consideration. The results are compared existing mechanical ISP system shows better decoupling isolation with improved bandwidth characteristics. Keywords: gimbal system, gyro platforms, inertial stabilization platform, magnetic bearing, magnetic levitation
INTRODUCTION The ISP for remote sensing is promising is to be applied in image sensing system fixed on the airborne platform and shipbased platform.[1,2] Usually, Sensors are installed on the elevation gimballing, so stability and control precision of elevation gimballing are critical to the quality of image achieved by sensors.[3] For Normal mechanical ISP with two axis frames, the motions of yaw angle and inner pitch angle are separated by the mechanical bearing and gear.[4,5] However, for the mechanical methods between gimbal physical contact between the external and internal gimbal frames, the disturbance of
external gimbal transfer to internal gimbal. So, the control precision and stability of elevation gimbal will effect. Using magnetic levitated bearings instead of mechanical bearings to combine the gimbals so as to eliminate friction is one approach to perform high precision LOS stabilization. In 1980s, under the support of the magnetic gimbal fabrication and test (MGFT) project, a single axis magnetic gimbal system resulting LOS accuracy from 3 to 8 Âľrad with an angular disturbance of 48 rad/s achieving vibration rejection of up to 79 dB.[6] In this configuration the gimbals are detached

ABSTRACT We in no time appreciate a dominatingly AC electrical distribution system, the engineering reason for which was designed more than 100 years back. While AC distribution system have served us well, we ought to intermittently respite to survey what opportunities we have acknowledged or been precluded by overpowering prevalence from claiming AC electrical power distribution system. What openings could be acquired by designing DC distribution into at any rate parts of our present system? What favorable circumstances of the present AC distribution system ought to be perceived and ensured? This paper proposes a Hybrid AC/DC Microgrid in organization together with Photo Voltaic (PV) energy, Wind Energy and Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Fuel cells. The Microgrids are turning out to be progressively appealing to the researchers as a result of the less greenhouse gasses, low running expense, and adaptability to work regarding utility grid. This paper concentrates on distribution within premises and low-voltage distribution system. In particular, this paper tended to the change productivity expenses of receiving different premise AC and DC distribution system topologies. Hybrid AC/DC Microgrid constitutes free AC and DC subgrids, where every comparing source and loads are associated with their particular transports and these transports are interfaced utilizing an interfacing converter. Hybrids AC/DC Microgrid builds system productivity by reducing numerous turn around transformations required in ordinary Renewable Energy Sources (RES) mix to grid. A Small Hybrid AC/DC Microgrid in grid associated model was modelled and simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. Simulation results are utilized to demonstrate the steady operation considering the vulnerability of generations and loads. Keywords: hybrid power systems, micro grids, solar energy, wind energy, fuel cells, interfacing converter
INTRODUCTION Microgrid is a little network developed by saving many different energy resources and loads to upgrade overall reliability and independent advantages. Presently a-days, it is more liked to coordinate renewable energy sources to Microgrid to reduce the CO2 discharge and fossil fuel utilization. Saved Microgrid can be operated either in connection to main grid or operated like
isolated “islanded” [1]. Presently a-days, DC loads like LED’s, Electric Vehicles and other Electronic Gadgets are being greatly used because of their inherent advantages. Three Phase AC Power systems have existed for over 100 years because of their efficient transformation at different voltage levels and transmission over long distances. Also, inherent features of rotating machines make it

INTRODUCTION Intelligence is an expression which uses for human and animals to perform a good and logical behavior. Now a day’s intelligence is a big tool for machines and it used in modern technique to control the industrial machines. In general intelligence is the capabilities of autonomously learning and adapting to the environment behavior. Machines learn from its environment, it may not be considered as intelligent. Ability to adapt new circumstances and imply in the logical output is the intelligent system. Intelligent machine, the first thing normally comes in our mind is robot. Indeed robots are invented as substitute of human. However, robots are performing on the basis of programming manner and in a fully controlled intelligent machine. Such robots are easily failed when the application or the environment contain some uncertain condition. Many human mental activities, such as writing computer program, doing mathematics, engaging in common sense reasoning, understanding language and even driving an automatic vehicle, are said to ‘Intelligence”. Over the past few years, several computer systems have been built
that can perform tasks such as these. Most of work doing like this system taken place of intelligence and engineering orientation. If such a science of intelligence could be developed, it could guide the design of the intelligent vehicle as well as intelligent behavior. INTELLIGENT MACHINES Intelligence has become one of the main fields of interest.[1] Intelligence vehicle attempting a program from computer to complete the task, until recently. The learning process in intelligent vehicle involves acquiring the information from the environment and the information have been developed to introduce the machine learning behavior. To establish the knowledge about the environment and generalizing the knowledge base so it can handle uncertainty of environment. A number of machine intelligence techniques have been developed by the research engineer to overcome the problem of nonintelligent behavior. The electric vehicle is

Development of Hybrid (Fuzzy+PI) Controller for Speed Control of Induction Motor Mukesh Kumar1*, Kavita Yadav1, Abrar Ahmed2, Vinod Kumar1 1
Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Technology and Engineering, India 2 Department of Electrical Engineering, Techno India NJR Ins. of Tech., India
ABSTRACT This paper presents a speed control scheme of an induction motor (IM) using hybrid (Fuzzy+PI) controller. The Hybrid controller is based on the indirect vector control of induction motor. The conventional Proportional Integral (PI) controller speed is broadly used in industry due to its simplicity and robustness, but when the dynamics of the system changes with the time and operating conditions, the effectiveness of this controller decreases. In order to overcome the conventional PI limitations the hybrid controller is used. Also this paper analysis the performance of induction motor in terms of line current, line voltage, electromagnetic torque, stator flux and speed at constant load conditions. The proposed scheme based drive has been simulated on MATLAB/Simulink. Keywords: vector control of induction motor, speed control, hybrid controller, MATLAB/Simulink software
INTRODUCTION AC motor drives are used in a large group of industrial and process applications requiring high performances. In the highperformance drive systems, the motor speed should approximately follow a specified reference trajectory regardless of load disturbances, parameter variations, and model uncertainties. To control the induction motor speed, the conventional PI controller is broadly used due to its simplicity and robustness, but in some cases, when the dynamics of system changes with time or with severe operating conditions, like the overshoot, more rise time, the oscillation of the torque and the speed due to the external disturbances and the sudden changes [1] the effectiveness of PI decreases and the control quality deteriorates. Several techniques are used to overcome these limitations, such as fuzzy, neuro-fuzzy, genetic algorithm, sliding mode control, etc. [2]. In many control applications of industrial drive, the most
used method to control SCIMs is the vector or field oriented control technique in order to achieve the superior dynamic response. In this paper, the configuration and design of the hybrid controller for indirect vector based control of induction motor has been investigated. The proposed controller has been successfully simulated on a Simulink model with the help of fuzzy logic toolbox. The performance of the proposed Controller has been successfully compared with the conventional PI controller. It is found that the proposed controller is less sensitive to sudden changes in the speed command [4, 8]. VECTOR CONTROL Vector control or field oriented control (FOC) was proposed by Blaschke to emulate the characteristics of DC motor in
