the U.S. Postal Service has downgraded First-Class Mail and is shifting greater priority towards package delivery. Please keep this in mind when mailing payments or scheduling payments using your bank’s “Bill Pay” service. To avoid late charges, please allow more time for your quarterly assessment payments that are sent to the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association. Quarterly statements are mailed out as a courtesy, however, assessment payments are due even if the statement is not delivered by your mail courier.

back of every issue of Keys Breeze. Assessments are due on a quarterly basis as indicated in the Assessment Payment Schedule. No other payment plans have been approved by the board, so please pay your assessment in full according to the schedule.

The Finance Committee reviewed the May 2022 financial statements on June 29th, 2022 and passed a motion recommending that the board for approve them as well. Once the Board of Directors approve them, the financial statements will be posted on the TKPOA website. The Finance Committee also reviewed 2023 Budget Planning report by Ken Silveira and the Budget Development Schedule and reviewed a presentation from 2 Committee members regarding TKPOA Reserve levels. The Finance Committee next meets on Wednesday August 3rd, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
