Use your talent and time to make a real difference in a young man’s life.

WHAT

Mentoring our younger generation of men on “how to” experience a purpose-driven lifestyle.

WHY

The following results of spiritual health surveys reveal two key reasons most men are lost, lonely, and afraid to get out of their comfort zones in order to have a relevant impact on lives: < 15% believe their relationship with Christ is the most important relationship in their life. < 14% model Christian beliefs and values in their daily interactions with others.

WHO

We need your help! Mentors are needed that men admire, respect, and look up to. A profile of men needed to help make a significant difference in lives of others:

Like to compete, win, and celebrate. Seek excellence in all they do. Set high expectations. Comfortable regarding who they are. Tell it like it is.

HOW

By implementing the key focus areas of the difference maker-movement—a movement which is set apart from most ministry approaches. 1. Establishing a core foundation 2. Embracing the life basics 3. Demonstrating best leadership practices 4. Living with a purpose

“A coach will impact more people in one year than the average person will in an entire lifetime.” Billy Graham

TARGETED DEMOGRAPHIC

Coaches of youth sports, youth group leaders, and others who want to utilize their gifts, passions, abilities, and experiences to help men build and leave lasting legacies by having made a relevant difference in lives of other men.

There are four key ways for equipping men to live purpose-driven lives:

1. Helping Discover their Core Foundation Major elements of their core foundation include their core spiritual beliefs, core values, and guiding principles.

2. Teaching the Life Basics These eight best practices are needed for getting prepared for the game of life. 1- Thinking like winners 2- Making winning decisions 3- Building authentic relationships 4- Following the Golden Rule 5- Spending money wisely 6- Using time wisely 7- Avoiding life pot holes

3. Teaching Best Leadership Practices These are needed for becoming an effective leader: 1- Building Relationships 2- Conducting Meetings with Purpose 3- Developing Action Plans 4- Dealing with Difficult People 5- Mentoring Others 6- Evaluating Leadership Impact

4. Teaching HOW TO Live with a Purpose This includes a series of four short courses which are focused on helping men discover and realize God’s purpose for all His people as stated below: “to become faithful servants by trusting and obeying Christ daily”

This is achieved by being equipped and taking action regarding the four key phases of one’s life-long spiritual journey. These are Connecting, Growing, Modeling, and Serving Faithfully. The connecting phase is the phase people can be confident of being welcomed into Heaven as a result of establishing an authentic, dependent relationship with Christ. Options There are many ways to participate in this movement such as being mentors, teachers, pilot testers, door openers, inviters, supporters, advisors, promoters, and movement starters.
