I came here to expand my joy and alter my consciousness. I came here to be lighter, to feel purer, to give higher and love harder. It’s not about how much money I make. It’s not about where I live, what I do, or what I fill my days with. It’s about who I am and the love in my heart. It’s about how intensely present I am and how brightly my “flame of consciousness” burns.
It’s about how much I have to give and how much I choose to live. It’s about how much I have to give and how much I choose to live. Yes. Yes. Yes. It is. If I really came here to be all I can be, spending every day in my room is no longer an option. If I really came here to be an agent of light, love, and consciousness, hiding away in my room behind books is no longer an option. It’s time to step out of my own shell. It’s time to step out of the shadow into the light. It’s time to live brightly, abundantly, fully, and joyously. It’s time to live.
It may not be easy. It may take everything I have and then some. It may be the hardest and bravest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s doable. It is doable, and who says it has to be hard? I can just show up and turn it all over to God. I can just show up and know that this is the next step in my evolution. I can give myself the opportunity to stand up for myself, take care of myself, and be an active part of society. I have what it takes. I no longer have to be afraid. What inspired you to start your company? I’ve long had an infinite love for healthy living. I was inspired by the idea of possible versus impossible. Back then I decided being healthy was not only a possibility, but a choice. I became passionate about it. And just as I was inspired, I became passionate about inspiring others to live their best life in a body they love! My company, BioBalance, is the embodiment of that passion. How do you help people? I inspire women to care for their body utilizing feminine strengths. My book, Join Me in the E.N.D. Zone, highlights the three elements that empower a women to lose the weight and keep it off for life: ‘Embrace’ the wonder of your beautiful body; ‘Nourish’ your body for your life purpose; and ‘Digest’, not only food and drink, but your life experiences and beliefs as well. This protocol puts the focus where results can be received. Through the programs, retreats and coaching sessions offered at Bio-Balance, women discover they CAN reach their natural desired weight in a loving and empowering way. I have learned that when your eye is on your highest goal, your reason for being, you will then be mindful of the way you nourish your body–naturally. No diet, no restriction, no punishment–only freedom. How Do You Handle Stress? Deep breathing breaks. I take several of these a day, about three to five minutes each. My focus is solely on the breath, this relaxes my mind and body and brings me back to that place of creativity and openness. I also love to walk outside. When I feel the pressure for perfection knocking at my door, I will take a fifteen to twenty minute walk in the afternoon. A walk helps me to reconnect with my inner wisdom. What does being creative mean to you? Creativity comes when we are open to receiving. In my experience, the only way to do that, to be in that place of receiving, is when we are quiet within, filled with love for self and others.
