president’s corner Happy Halloween!!! Or whenever this newsletter gets out. First off, I want to give a huge congratulations to Michelle Tran, Cassidy Dang, and Jonathan Ngo for getting September Blanks of the Month! I’m so proud of you guys!! This month was a wild and busy month. We had so many events and PTP week! We also had our Chipotle and Blaze fundraiser, so thank you for all the support. We really appreciate it! Fall Rally is just around the corner and I hope everyone is as excited as I am. I HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND ALL OF YOU TO ATTEND!! It’s an event you wouldn’t want to miss! You’ll be able to meet so many KIWIN’S members from our district and have fun while screaming your heart out. I hope to see y’all there! TREASURER
As a treasurer, my main task is to raise funds for club and different charities CNH partnered with. Besides raising money through my fundraisers, I am also connecting different clubs on campus and clubs from other schools through my fundraiser. My main goal for this year is to reach my fundraising goals and create many unforgettable memories for our members

- Don’t wait until last minute to plan a fundraiser
- Don’t hesitate to contact the managers or coordinator of the fundraiser even though you think it’s annoying

- Be organized with everything (it’s important to keep all the numbers correct!!) - Research all the charities and requirements for treasurer before fundraising - Create a spreadsheet or document to organize your money

MALIA TRAN hey kiwis! it’s ya girl malia and I’m currently a junior. I’ve been involved in KIWIN’s since I was a freshman and im excited to be on winter committee! I make YouTube videos for fun so don’t forget to like and subscribe... jk... unless :)) anyways, this club has brought me from pouring tears to wide smiles on a rollercoaster of emotions but i hope it will continue bring me more of those memories for this term <3
VICTORIA NGUYEN hi kiwis! i’m one of your juniors on winter committee this year, Victoria. i’m a fairly new member of KIWIN’S but this club is already my second family. if i’m not running around doing something for KIWIN’S, then i’m probably busy with Model United Nations, aka MUN, the other club i’m in. i’m a self-proclaimed introvert, but i can be extremely loud at times (if you hear screaming at events, that’s probably me). i’m an earring hoarder, so if you have any you don’t want, give them to me. i’m excited to be more involved with the club and i’m looking forward to a great term!
WILSON NGUYEN
Hello! I'm Wilson and I'm a senior this year and I'm so so so excited to be a part of this year's winter committee! I love KIWIN'S because I've been able to make so many new friends, albeit being in the club for only a month and a half. Outside of the club, I'm probably trying to take a nap, doing homework, or putting butter in my rice ;)). I love making friends so please do not be afraid to say hi to me! I'm very excited to become more involved and bring some of my own ideas into the club ▪~▪

CASSIDY DANG Hey! My name is Cassidy Dang (you can call me Cass, Cassy, or wtv). I’m a sophomore and though this is my first year involved, I’m super excited to get to know everyone and to get more involved! So far, everyone in KIWIN’S has been really nice, and it’s like I have a second family. Outside of school, I draw and thrift a lot. I know I can come off as intimidating, but I’m really not that scary lol. I’m pretty chill and I love making new friends, so come up and talk to me sometime!
ALEX NGUYEN Ayo wassup my doods? It’s yaboi Alex Nguyen coming at you as a stressed out sophomore and as a 2k19-20 winter committee member. I really enjoy talking to people and I’m extremely flexible in a conversation so don’t be afraid to approach me. Although I can be a bit stubborn, but I will try to be as flexible as I can. I am very honored to be part of Winter Committee and no matter how big of a bump we run into, I WILL plow through it all. I’m looking forward to many laughs and memories with you guys so be prepared to have me into your lives this Winter because I will latch on and will never let go (unless you pull me off or ask me politely to let go lmao)

Alan, among many members, has been a standout since the beginning of the school year! We’ve been able to see his passion and involvement grow week by week, and are really excited to present him as our September Member of the Month! He always brings a bright smile and a positive attitude to events, while making sure he works hard. Despite his busy schedule, Alan is able to exemplify his passion through his active participation and devotion to the club. By now, Sydnie has been an active member for more than 3 months! It’s amazing to see how devoted and passionate she is for the club.
