A LETTER FROM YOUR
DNE
Bonjour D30 South,
As summer is right around the corner, it's nice to see that you and your fellow Key Clubbers continue to volunteer for our community, regardless of the opportunity to spend time for yourselves. For that, thank you D30S! In this newsletter, you'll be able to find updates on our division, such as designated member, officer, and secretary of the month, and more. Since everyone in D30S is finally in summer vacation, please enjoy this time wisely because it is like no other See you in the next DCM! :)
Love, Sara Jilani Division 30 South District News Editor

A LETTER FROM YOUR
LTG

To My Fellow Kiwanis Leaders, Thanks to everyone who attended OTC and June DCM. D30S, I truly appreciate how enthusiastic you are to enhance your potential, especially through service. Regardless of coming from a smaller or a stronger club, your spirited personalities not only positively represent our division, but make me honored as a friend and LTG. L-O-V-E I Love my D-I-V!!! Whenever you feel unmotivated, remember those nostalgic times you've experienced in Key Club, and remember each activity you do makes our community a better place. Continue to serve and keep attending division events. Also, keep in mind that I am always free to talk to, (friends first) and I really feel that we are going to shine even brighter this year.Â
Yours in caring service, Vivian Bui Division 30 South Lieutenant Governor 4

MAY DCM Steven Pham
Oxford May DCM was an incredible experience. Members of the Division 30 South Key Clubs gathered at John F. Kennedy High School to hear updates regarding the division and participate in a book doctor activity. The Lieutenant Governor Vivian Bui recognized John Nguyen of Savannah for member of the month, Elliot Kim, a historian from John F. ANAHEIM CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL

Savanna The 25th Annual Anaheim Children’s Festival was one of the most heart-warming events of all those I have attended and by far, one of my favorites. By volunteering and helping with the Kiwanis booth, I saw children of all ages simply enjoying the various activities open to them, from pipe cleaner sculptures to expressing their creativity through arts and crafts. Western It was early in the morning or for some people, it was late at night. Many people woke up at the max of 3am to arrive to the destination. I, among other people, was dedicated to volunteer for the event when I knew it was for a good cause. On Sunday, May 7, 2017 marked the date for the OC Marathon. It was an event where people volunteer to run, walk, or jog a marathon. They volunteer to help raise money for
